They've got two days left before Taehyung needs to be back in Seoul and Y/N finds herself wishing they could just stay here forever.
They're safe here.
They don't have to deal with Taehyung's mother, they don't have to constantly worry about her scheming or frequent threats.
They can just hide away.
Yes she's strong and yes she's sure in her feelings for Taehyung but that doesn't mean doubts and fears don't linger because they do, such is life.
Y/N wants to be totally honest with Taehyung about his mother, she wants to tell him that yes she's going to stand by him but that she's also scared about what's going to happen once they get back.
Will his mother start causing trouble the moment she knowsthatthey're back or will they have more time?
Will Taehyung stay strong in the face of his mother or will he crumble and give in to her demands?
Will Y/N be left alone and heartbroken?
That last thought scares her the most, she can deal with his mother even if it scares her and she can even deal with Taehyung faltering because she'll be there to support him and remind him of why they're doing this and what they mean to eachother but what she can't deal with is Taehyung totally giving up.
Giving up on them.
Giving up on her.
They've been together for a long time, friends for six months and dating for almost one and even though there's still sides of Taehyung she's yet to see what she does know for sure is that he's falling for her just like she's falling for him and when Taehyung truly cares for someone he fights for them.
This she knows.
Yet what she doesn't know, what's unfamiliar territory for her is what his mother is capable of....how far will she go?
Taehyung fights for those he loves but does he have a limit? Is there only so far Taehyung will go before his mother does something that will break him? Y/N trusts him of course she does and she knows he cares for her but his mother has wealth and influence that Y/N simply can't rival.
Is she the type of woman to simply threaten and intimidate or will she go further? Taehyung has already told her bits and pieces, shared experiences from his childhood and warned her of the type of woman his mother can be but part of her wants to know more....needs to figure out just how far she will push things. Taehyung told her over dinner the day before that his mother doesn't stop until she gets what she wants but that doesn't really tell her exactly what to expect.
