"So...where's Grace?" y/n trailed off while asking question. She knew it wasnt the right thing to ask but ,it couldnt be undone now. "She's not here tonight..." after a small silence, "I get it...you asked cause you dont wanna be with me right now."

"It not- like that...I was just curious , its an unusual sight." her stuttering made the other giggle, "I might be busy but you can always find me in dance classes" he replied with a teasing smile on his face.

"woah, so Ten lee can boast about his training skills."

"what can I say, Im a lot more than you think." she simply stared at him while he continued to talk. she couldnt believe that Ten still made her heart flutter. Every moment with him was like a moment she wanted to cherish. "y/n?" his call brought her back. she flinched a little before answering, "yeah?"

He stared at her for a while before having the concerned look on his face, "You're not good at drinking, are you?" she realised it just then too. her head was starting to spin.  "Have a seat." He holds onto her arm to support her way to the seats.

Just then, Xiaojun walked between them and threw his hand away from her. he looked enraged with the situation. "how dare you!"

The other two were shocked with his presence. "look, Its a misundersatnding-" Ten couldnt finish his sentence before XiaoJun grabbed y/n's hand and turns to walk away.

But ten didnt stand still and watch. He had enough of her protective friends. first it was Winwin, now him. They irritated him to his core. He reached out to grab y/n's other hand. "You cant take her away, she doesnt wanna go with you."

while being stuck in the middle, she shaked off both of their grip. "stop, both of you."

Xiaojun looked furious in the moment. as if he's biggest fear was about to come true. fear that y/n will choose ten over him. he stood there while clutching his fist. Just then, he noticed ten approaching her again. He lost his cool and unexpectedly punched him, "Dont touch her you murderer!",with the hit, ten landed on the floor.

The music halted and everyone turned to them. They were all in shock with the sudden fight, few began to whisper with other. Thats when XJ came to realise what he has done. He repeated the same mistake...

Lucas and few of ten's friends came running to help him up. It was when all were freezed on the spot. He signed his friends to not take any actions against the hitter. "Now you're talking."

Xiaojun hides his panicking face and tries to leave. but he was instantly stopped by the other's continued shout, "It wasnt my fault that 'she' chose her stupid obsession over herself!". all sorts of shocking sound came out from the crowd.

It was 'it' for Xiaojun. He again burned in flame. He couldnt stop himself and turned to ten with a raged mind. sicheng and hendery appeared from the crowd and stoped him from both sides. "Dejun! Stop it!" Sicheng shouted at him. But it wasnt enough for the other to calm down. something about Ten's words hurted him deep in his wound.

y/n stood in her place, confused with all that is happening. The only thing she could tell is that, Ten and XJ were both scarred by their past. and the scar was made by the the same person.

when they managed to calm Xiaojun down to his right state of mind, the security guards came in. Lucas stopped them with his hand-sign. "We're leaving." Sicheng assured the other side and left. the crowd around them lessened.

"y/n!" hendery called her out but it was no use. she couldnt hear him. she was too shocked with what happened before her eyes. "y/n!" he called again with a louder voice. she broke out from her train of thoughts and looked at him, "let's go." he said and waited for her. she took one last look at Ten and left the club.

Whole way on the road, hendery walked two steps ahead. it had the odvious meaning. he wanted to avoid her. but y/n couldnt stand it any longer. she reached out to him"are we just gonna turn our back to what just happened?!?"

with hendery's silence, she knew it wasnt just any light matter that could be slided, "what was all that?!? who were they talking about?"

At last he spoke up. the same amount of anger in his voice, "I dont know, okay! ever since I befriended them, they always kept me out these things." after a small silence, "Im just as confused as you are."

"then, lets find out."
