I Had A Nightmare

And I kinda had a nightmare :(

Jisoo got out of bed, slipping on a pair of sweat pants, her girlfriend's old hoodie, and her Nike slides before throwing her hair in a messy bun. She grabbed her car keys off the dresser, making sure not to wake up her roommate before exiting her dorm.

She walked to her car, holding her arms against her chest because it was slightly cooler than an average night in Korea. She made it to her car, opened the door, and got in. as she cranked up the vehicle her phone dinged.

No babe, you don't have to come. I'll be okay

[Chu 🐰 – 1:57 am]

I'm coming baby

She locked her phone before sitting it in the cupholder. Her girlfriend's apartment wasn't too far off campus so she was happy it wouldn't take long to get there. She decided to stop at the corner store and get her girlfriend some ice cream and gummy worms, Jennie's favorite.

A couple of minutes after reaching the store, she pulled up in the parking lot outside of Jennie's apartment.

[Chu 🐰 – 2:15 am]

Unlock the door babe, I'm coming up.

As Jisoo reached Jennie's apartment door, she turned the nob and walked inside, immediately being attacked by her girlfriend throwing her arms across her shoulders and engulfing her in a hug. Jisoo was caught off guard but wrapped her arms around the slightly taller girl nonetheless.

"Hey princess" she whispered into the younger girl's ear, moving back a little to kiss the side of her head.

"You didn't have to Chu" Jennie said once she moved back, staring into her girlfriend's dark brown eyes. Jisoo only smiled before leaning in to lay a gentle peck against Jennie's lips.

"I wanted to baby, now come on." Jisoo grabbed Jennie's hand and let them to the younger's bedroom.

"Chu, what's in the bag?" Jennie inquired, looking at the white bag in Jisoo's hand.

"I bought your favorites" Jisoo spoke, going into the bag and taking out the small pint of milk ice cream and a small bag of gummy worms.

Jennie smiled adoringly at Jisoo before grabbing her face into her hands and bringing her into a passionate kiss filled with nothing but love and admiration. Jisoo could feel Jennie smile against her lips and that in return made her heart flutter in her chest.

"What did I ever do to deserve some as perfect as you" Jennie whispered once they broke the kiss. Jisoo couldn't help the blush the rose onto her cheeks. Jennie was the only person that had that effect on her. Instead of replying, she just pecked the cat-like mandu girl's fluffy cheek and moved over to the bed, sitting down.

Jennie walked over and stood between Jisoo's legs, prompting the shorter girl to wrap her arms around her waist. Jennie looked down at Jisoo as the girl looked up.

Jennie was dressed in a tank top that had ridden up above her belly button and sleep shorts that barely covered her butt. Jisoo stroked Jennie's hip bone, causing the mandu-cat to feel chills.

"Now tell me, baby, what was your nightmare about?" Jennie frowned, hoping Jisoo wouldn't ask about that. She sighed before sitting herself down in the brown-eyed girl's lap who was staring at her intently.

"It's stupid" she tried to play it off but Jisoo gave her a look and Jennie knew that meant to start talking or Jisoo wouldn't let up.

"Okay well, um" Jennie began, fiddling with Jisoo's fingers, a nervous habit of hers that Jisoo had picked up on over the past couple of years.

"I was back in high school and um you went there too and I-um I was still a little nerd and you were one of the cool popular kids and I um tried to talk to you but you uh-you-you just laughed in my face and told me I was a freak and that um you'd never date somebody like me" Jisoo frowned listening to the story, she couldn't help but feel her heartbreak at Jennie dreaming something like that.

"And...and you uh called me a bunch of mean names and then I woke up."

Jisoo brought her hand to Jennie's cheek, rubbing it softly with the pad of her thumb before grabbing her chin and turning her face towards her.

"Babe, look at me" Jennie shook her head, feeling vulnerable and upset thinking Jisoo might be mad at her.

"Baby please?" Jisoo said softly. Jennie finally looked into Jisoo's delicate brown eyes.

"I would NEVER, in a million years call you a freak or EVER make fun of you. You're the love of my life baby and someday I'm going to marry you. You're right, that dream was stupid because I wouldn't dare do anything like that to hurt you Jendeuk. You're my princess and you mean the world to me. Those kids at your old high school were fucking idiots to not see the beautiful human being that you are." Jisoo finished, causing Jennie's heart to swell and tears to pool in her eyes.

Jennie honestly doesn't know why she's being emotional it's just that Jisoo is so perfect and she always treats her right and she always looks after her and she's wondering what she did to ever deserve someone like her.

"God, I love you" Jennie started, before leaning in and taking Jisoo's lips into her own.

"I love you more princess" Jisoo moved back and pecked Jennie's lips one more time.

"Now, how about we cuddle, you eat your ice cream and we watch a movie?" Jennie smiled at the suggestion and nodded before getting off of Jisoo's lap and getting the ice cream that had probably melted by now.

When she turned around Jisoo was already in bed, dressed in a Nike sports bra and Calvin Klein boxers with the most adorable smile spread across her face. Jennie put on Sleepover before climbing in bed and snuggling up to Jisoo.

The two girls stayed up all night just talking about anything and everything. They loved being in each other's company. Jisoo would wake up in the middle of the night to attend to Jennie's needs thousand times if that meant she could spend more time with her princess and make her happy.

After that night and Jisoo reassuring her that she loved her Jennie never had a nightmare like that ever again.
