Chapter 17: Demon lord Milim's Power

I woke up from my slumber Milim was in my arms she was still asleep if I am being honest I really felt bad about her when she said those kind of things it was so unlike her. I stand up and prepare for the upcoming day first I went to the bath I don't really needed to take a bath but it was a habit of mine since I am a former human after I took a bath and brush my teeth I prepare to head out because my duties will be starting early in the morning. I am in the lobby of our house I am preparing to leave but 

"Rimuru where are you going" Milim said just waking up she was still in somber

"For today Im gonna train swordmanship with my executives I can't afford to be a slacker you know" I answered

"I see, let me come with you - noda" She said ignoring her sleepiness

"But don't cause any commotion" I said

"How cruel - noda, I am well behaved you know" She said, Well behaved? you literally caused Rigurd's blood pressure to skyrocket in just one day

I agreed and Milim accompanied me , before going to the training grounds I usually enjoy myself going to places and new buildings of the town it feels like a walk in a park. We are walking across the town beside me was Milim eating the bread that I bought for her. After a short date Milim and I arrived at the training ground It seems the Goblins and the other apprentices are not present yet but we could see Benimaru, Shion, Shuna, Souei and his subordinates, Gabiru, Geld and Shizu - san and Hakurou who was sparring together it seems the Generals or the high executives are training together when it was still early. Shizu was in the edge Shizu was strong but compared to a sparring match when she will only rely on her swordmanship she was completely outclassed by the Sword saint Hakurou and after a few minutes later Hakurou finally checkmated Shizu - san

"Tch,Tch as expected of Hakurou - san" Shizu said

"Hoho.. I am very well honored you really are strong too Lady Shizu" Hakurou said

"No.. no I am still an amateur" She said while caresing her head

"Is that so? but we are glad that we are allies not enemies" Hakurou said and the other Kijins who are in the corner nodded simultaneously 

"Same here well If you compared me to Rimuru - san's swordmanship I am an amateur I still can't believe he defeated the Dwarf King with a stick" Shizu said , Im telling you it was because of my instructors

"Good day that was a good match!" I said while me and Milim walked towards them

"Good day Great Rimuru" Hakurou said

"Good day" Shizu - said but for some reason she didn't look at me in the eye instead she averted it while blushing 

Did I perhaps did something to her? Hey do you know what happened to her?

[Answer: She heard Master and Milim's conversation last night]

Really? How I thought I said those words silently

[Answer: Shizu Izawa gained the ability {Universal Perception} Because of the Hero's Egg although she isn't completely awoken she gained some abilities of the hero]

Then did Shizu - san saw everything last night??

"Good day everyone Good work" I said I will ignore Shizu - san for now 

"Hoho.. Great Rimuru would you like to sparr a little moment?" Hakurou asked

"Ahh well  maybe next time" I said but it seems the one who is interested in sparring was Milim she was a battle freak after all
