36) Are You Ready?(Explaination)

Her hand gripped onto her cycle and she couldn't take it anymore!

She inhaled the soft scent of blossom and exhaled it. It was now or never.

"You know in future I don't think I will leaving this place, Damian." Marinette said looking into his eyes.

He looked at her with pure confusion.

"This place which has birds chirping, sun rising, pure air, flowers blooming, the place which is called home." She said with all over expectations written on her face with a sad smile.

Silence was she got for an answer. She was about to say something else when Damian said.

"Just so you know, the business you have, can be handled by me, from now Marinette." He said with a smile of his own.

Marinette eyes widened and a gust of wind came and the cherry blossom were all over.

Her eyes became watery and she herself gave in the arms of her success which was once called grey life but now Rosey- pink life.

Explanation.

The terms grey life means not being happy nor showing any kind of emotions other than anger. So Damian believes that he only wants a grey life because did the lazurus pit.

Whereas the term Rosey-pink means beautiful life, socializing with others, showing love, kindness and happiness. Marinette lives this life.

Now here Marinette tries her hardest to give Damian a pink life. Were he can be happy.
But Damian does the opposite. Always picking fights with her or just ignoring her.

So just like this they both fall in love with each other with out knowing. It's kind of enemy to friends and then to lovers.

One day Marinette thought it was enough and decided to talk to him.

So here is the actual meaning of the chapter.

Marinette gripped her cycle tightly. She was battling that should she say what she wants to say or just ignore it.

But she didn't want to disturb their moment but you know what she spoke.

"Damian you asked me once that do I want to live my life the way I do right now? And I wasn't able to answer it but now I know I want to live it just like this, and I am not gonna give up." She said this making Damian a little bit confused.

"This life were you can show your emotions, talk to others, be yourself everyday is something new, exciting and the best part I love to live this life with no regrets." As she said this awaiting for an answer bit all she got was silence all along.

But very unexpected thing happened.

"Just so you know Angel being with you is always amazing and you never gave up on me, trying your hard to change the way I live and I.... think you should stop worrying because I left the gloomy life far away the day I met you." As he said this he smiled.

And a gust of wind came she looked at his eyes and they were not the dark look they had once but replaced with happy ones.

She smiled at him with tears in her eyes showing how much love and affection she has for him and hugged him with pure love and that's what she was waiting for to be succeed and show him how the life really is.

Also being and cared with love.
