Neville Longbottom
Yea: he likes waking up early to care for you and his plants. After you graduated Hogwarts every morning he'd make you breakfast in bed and get some house work done before you'd be ready for the day. The down side stop this was he'd go to sleep extra early but he liked the fact he'd got to treat you like a princess.

Oliver Wood
You know this boy is up at the crack of dawn from quidditch. And the days where'd he'd be quiet about if you'd raid the night in his dorm or apartment we gift from Merlin but those were very rare so he quickly turn you into a morning person.

Cedric Diggory:
I can totally see him sleeping in enjoying his dreams feeling you wrapped up in his arms like his little koala bear and he's your gum tree. When he'd eventually wake up he loved opening Jose yes seeing you looking back admiring him. And hearing his morning voice was like music to your ears

Tom Riddle:
With Tom it would depend. In the earlier years of Hogwarts no I think he'd be the hardest student in the school to wake up but in later years when he realized everything about himself he'd be awake scheming.
