changbin couldn't help but sigh heavily within every 5 seconds, this soon attracting jeongin's attention as he finally looked up in confusion yet worry. "hyung?" he called out.

"yeah?" changbin replied moments later, soon lifting his head to face him.

slightly shifting from his seat to make himself comfortable, jeongin rested his elbows on the table. "are you okay? you've been sighing for the past 10 minutes. was there anyone bothering you or anything? if there was, i'll-"

"no," he instantly shook his head in reassurance and smiled back. "i'm alright. no one's bothering me, in fact, they're all really welcoming and warm to me."

"then... what is it that's troubling you?" jeongin tilted his head in confusion.

this made changbin pause for a moment, a particular thought flushing through his mind nonstop. "it's about felix." he finally said.

"what about him? hyung, we're no longer friends with him. so we don't have to think or worry about him anymore, he's not of our concern. especially everything he's done to you." jeongin quickly defended, hoping it would reassure him.

"i know, it's just that." changbin paused. "even so, i can't help but... miss him. he's been my best friend since middle school as well so it's not easy. even after everything he's done, i can't help but think about him."

sighing to himself, jeongin leaned forwards a bit. "hyung," he called out once more.

changbin looked up once again to meet his eyes. "yeah?"

"i know it's hard but," jeongin sighed again. "you've got to move on and leave it there. there's nothing we could do to change the past. felix hyung did a horrible thing to you that's unforgiveable, we know now that he isn't a real friend."

"even so..." changbin silently mumbled while his lips trembled. "i've known him for quite a long time so i wonder, what did he really think of me the whole entire time? that i was someone easy to fool? was that it? for god's sake, jeongin! i can't help but miss him and everything we've done together."

"i know hyung-"

"especially since he was the one who saved me," changbin continued, sadly frowning to himself as he couldn't help but think back to this morning. "we've known each others' secrets, he's like my other half. we've been through so much things together, he meant everything to me. how can i just possibly move on and forget about it?"

jeongin couldn't help but release a heavy sigh, not knowing what else to say. he knew how changbin felt, and how much he was struggling to overcome everything that's happened. after all, it was much difficult than anyone could ever imagine.

someone who's been there since middle school, someone who's always been by your side through your ups and downs. and now, they were suddenly gone from your life, just how is it possible to move on and forget?

changbin couldn't do that, it was impossible. he couldn't just possibly move on from his and felix's friendship, it meant so much deeper and stronger to the point it was almost unbreakable.

just what should he do? how could he move on from this? how could he just forget about everything that's happened from middle school until now? it wasn't a lie that a part of changbin didn't wanna just move on like that, he didn't wanna leave it like this.

after all, he really does miss felix to death, no matter how hard he tried to deny it.

but what can he really do? as much as felix meant everything to him, changbin just could never forgive him for the things he's done. first, he didn't tell him that he was dating youngjae and now, he was even doing things with jisung?
