"WELL LEIGH, WELCOME TO our secret place. Welcome to the King's Horizon," Gavriil says, and Max walks closer to the edge as he stares at the view with his mouth wide open.

"T-The King's Horizon?" Max asks, his chest suddenly aching, and as he continues to stare at the view in front of him, a tear instantly falls down his cheek. There was something about this place that felt bittersweet.

"I've been here before, haven't I?" Max asks as he touches his chest.

Gavriil, who was standing behind Max, places his hands inside his pockets and tells him, "Of course you have. The five of us always went here. Sadly, this was also the last place that we were all together. This is where we parted ways."

Max continues to stare at the horizon. And as he was staring in silence, a memory suddenly flashes. He couldn't really remember it clearly, but he suddenly sees five figures standing near the edge of the cliff, and they were holding hands while shouting something altogether, which made it hard to understand what each person was trying to say.

As Max remembers that moment, more tears fall from his eyes, and Max couldn't help but fall on his knees, dirtying his perfectly clean white pants.

"I...I remember," Max says. "We were shouting. I don't know what it was, but we were shouting something..."

"We went here and shouted about our dreams and our aspirations. Everything we wanted to declare to the world, we shouted them here. We all felt like Kings," Gavriil explains as he approaches Max. He then pulls out his hand from his pocket and shows it to him. "You want to try it again?"

Max looks up at Gavriil as he slowly reaches his hand to him. Gavriil then pulls him up and moves closer so he could wipe his tears away from him.

"Such a crybaby," Gavriil teases, making Max punch his shoulder.

The two walk closer to the edge, their hands intertwined together. Gavriil then looks at Max and tells him, "As loud as you can, okay? We'll shout everything that we want the world to know."

Max nods his head as an answer, so the two of them look back at the horizon.

    "Okay. In three...Two..."

Max squeezes Gavriil's hand tightly, making Gavriil squeeze it back. And at the top of their lungs, the two shouted...

"I'll remember everything, and I'll definitely be the greatest heir in the world!"

"We'll be stronger and avenge everyone and everything that we lost!"

As soon as they let out those words, the two were panting like they just ran a marathon. All the emotions were released just by that one statement. And like Max, Gavriil couldn't help but let a tear fall from his eyes too, but he immediately wipes it away before looking back at Max who was actually already looking at him.

"Who's the cry baby now?" Max teases as he reaches out to wipe Gavriil's tears for him.

Gavriil doesn't say anything, but then he pulls Max towards him and wraps him in his arms. The two stood there in silence as Gavriil continues to hug Max. But after a while, Max grabs Gavriil's shirt and presses his forehead on his chest. The action actually surprised Gavriil to the point where his body suddenly turned stiff.

"I'm sorry that this is all I can do for you. I'll try my best to get more chances like this if you allow me to. I'll make up for the lost time," Gavriil tells him, making Max hug him tighter.
