Y/n was gone for a while.

Aether and Paimon lingered outside of Tenshukaku for a while, waiting for y/n to return but she never did.

Aether was out of it as he slowly made his way away from an actual murder scene.

Was y/n okay?

Where'd she go?

Would she ever come back.

'Holy 💩, what if she died?' Aether thought in distress, eyes wide.

"Aether?" Paimon asked, "Is y/n going to come back soon? Paimon is really worried about her..."

"I'm not sure." Aether murmured.

He decided to leave it at that.

Silence was filled with noise from outside Tenshukaku which Paimon was the first to notice.

"It sounds like there's a lot of noise coming from outside Tenshukaku... has a fight broken out or something?" Paimon wondered aloud then turned to Aether, "Let's go see what's happening!"

Aether nodded, picking up the pace a little though his mind kept circling back to y/n.

'Y/n... where did you go?'

Meanwhile...

"SHIT-" y/n screeched, falling from the sky and hitting the giant Statue of the archon.

She almost fell off the little cliff but managed to catch herself and haul herself to safety, breathing heavily.

The little mitachurl finally got a chance to catch her breath and reflect on wtf she just did.

"I did it..." y/n murmured, almost in disbelief, "I did it, didn't I? I avenged them all."

Yes, she had indeed avenged her family.

So why did she feel so... uneasy?

This wasn't the first time she'd killed.

And it likely wouldn't be the last.

A weird feeling had settled in her stomach, one she didn't quite like.

She glanced at her hands and scowled when she realized they were shaking, "Oi, quit trembling already."

At the same time... how could she even think of being calm? To take another person's life without hesitation...

And Eira, y/n couldn't feel her presence anymore and it made her a little nervous.

For the first time, in a rather long time, y/n couldn't quite tell what she was feeling.

The feeling was one she didn't have words for but it was almost suffocating...

Y/n sat there for a minute.

"...maybe I need to kill another mf"

Y/n, no-

And so, she pranced on over to Tenshukaku, ready to slaughter the Shogun.

'Screw morals, I'm going to give this mf the worst death possible!' y/n thought, completely unaware that her Pyro vision was ten times brighter than usual, 'I'll destroy all of Teyvat too! Nothing matters anymore, haha!'

Yo, Aether, get the Mitachurl.

She's about to go off the deep end.

Aether got dragged into the Shogun's domain thing while the Archon was still kicking ass alongside her useless guards.
