in which nishimura ayame is struggling with her mental health and home life and yang jungwon tries to help her but nothing could ever go right for...
it was now wednesday. ayame and riki hadn't been to the library in awhile due to the fact that the librarian had taken a long break to go visit her family in another country and she was finally back
horrible timing for her to be back.
they had a replacement librarian in the time being but ayame only trusted/liked the original one so now that she was back, she was happy to go back and help her and just talk to her.
the two entered the library and the librarian, mrs. anh, immediately smiled at the sight of the two
"it's nice to see you guys again" she greeted as the two got closer
"it's nice to see you too. how was your trip?" ayame asked
"it was wonderful. i really needed a break from work and just time away with my children and my family. how are you guys?" she then asked
"we're good also" riki answered, "we've missed you though"
the three were engaged into a new conversation about school and their lives.
oh how ayame wished her life would stay peaceful like this

ayame sat in the cafe, not the one she worked at as she vowed to never go back there.
she was waiting for two people to show up there so she can give them two things.
she heard the bell ring and she looked up seeing two boys enter; jay and sunoo. she waved her hand and the two immediately spotted her.
they then walked over to her and sat down across from her
"hey ayame" sunoo greeted, smiling.
"hey guys" she greeted them, "how are you guys?"
"we're good" jay responded, "how are you also?"
"i'm good as well. sorry for calling you guys to meet last minute" she apologized, bowing her head lowly
"don't worry. i didn't have anything important today anyways" jay shrugged
sunoo also agreed with him, "i need a reason to procrastinate on my lab report so thank you for taking me away"
ayame chuckled lightly at this
"so why did you call us?" jay asked
"right" she bent down from under the table and lifted two bags and placed it on the table, "this is for you guys"
the two boys were confused as they looked at each other and took the gifts into their hands
"what for?" sunoo then questioned
"i wanted to give you guys gifts because..well..i don't know if jungwon told you this but i've been judged a lot at my school by others and they just aren't the nicest so i'm just glad you guys weren't the same so i wanted to return the gratitude" she explained
"ah..jungwon had not told us that" jay sighed, "we're sorry ayame"
"don't worry about it" she waved her hand in front of her, "but regardless, i wanted to give it anyways"
sunoo was about to open it but she stopped it
"can you guys actually open it on friday or saturday?" she shyly asked them
"oh sure..why though?"
"my birthday is actually on saturday and i don't like receiving gifts for my birthday so i usually give gifts to my brother on my birthday or before because seeing people happy about it is a gift enough for me"
"alright then" jay smiled, reaching over and patting her head, "you're a sweet girl ayame. i hope everything turns out well for you"
