Early the next morning we were all up and dressed. Ready to start our day
We were eating breakfast, Braylon and Nyla requested cereal. While Lena and myself ate bagels with cream cheese, eggs, hash browns
I drank my coffee. Lena prefers tea
Once the kids were done with their meal, they asked could they go out in the backyard. We both knew they wanted to get on the swings and sliding board, l believe it was the best decision getting it for them. Lena's reading the Sunday paper, l'm getting a little concerned about her lately
She's keeps waking up in a cold sweat
Lena's appetite has been a up and down. I pay attention to the small things, like the constant fatigue. Low energy. I don't know the last time she's had a menstrual cycle. She has an appointment with the oncologist on Wednesday, we decided to drive back down here on Tuesday after work. We'll have to check and see if our nanny could watch Nyla and Braylon over night at the house, it would be easier than driving on Wednesday, l know she's trying to stay strong for all of us. Lena has always hard time letting people in, I keep reassuring her where in this together no matter. I think she's finally getting the message, we discussed we weren't going to tell her parents yet until we find out what's going on her health
I just hate seeing Lena struggle with this. Whatever's going on in her body
It's eating away at Lena, l'm trying to look on the bright side. Lena's eats healthy, exercise three days a week
She runs two miles every morning
Where thinking about resuming our Saturday date nights. Something we haven't done in a long time, l've been working a lot of on my art work.
It soothes my nerves, Braylon loves watching me draw. One day he said to me, momma can you teach me how to draw. I was over the moon when he asked, painting isn't Nyla's thing
I purchased Braylon his first art set
It came with a canvas, colored pencils
Pastels. Regular pencils  and stencils
I've been teaching him the basics
