Your Pov

I comfortably sat on Lukas lap as I watch him play Ultimate Mecha Strike.

Ultimate Mecha Strike III is a fighting video game. First, each player selects a mecha to act as their game avatar.

Each mecha starts at level 1 and gains energy to upgrade as the game goes on by defeating opponents. The highest level for a mecha to achieve is level 4.

There is a glitch in the program that allows a player to save their last level and revive if they lose.

I've been told that Luka doesn't play games as much, for he cherishes his guitar more than silly games.

So I decided to have him over for the night on his break day, so that we could play together. That might make him more interested.

I got rather bored but Luka was still hyped, the characters are pretty cool and they have unique special skills.

"Babeee, come play with me. The AI mode is getting kind of boring." Luka then whines, wrapping his arms around me as I comfortably nuzzle my face on his chest.

I love these kinds of days, it's just me and him and nothing else bothering us.

No Hawkmoth taking my Luka away from me, no concerts or meetings or classes that'll have him busy. It gives me some sort of serenity.

I smiled, going up to trail small, soft butterfly kisses on his neck, which seemed to have him clamp up in mere seconds. I looked up to see his face already beet red from those small pecks, he's adorable.

"Well I'm not really in the mood." I trailed off, going back to continue my sweet assault on his neck.

"W-we can play something else." He then stutters, which had me stopping for a quick second to answer him.

"Oh?"

"We can play something else! There's a whole lot of games here, so let's find something that we'll like." Luka briefly explains.

I shrugged, bit agreed to his wishes. We got out the small box filled with games and CD's to pop in the console.

My dad likes to collect these, so that I wouldn't be to bored when I'm home alone.

I used to play these games alot with my tutor, and sometimes I show Marinette some of the games I play as well.

"What's this one?" I then heard Luka ask. I looked up to see this familiar disk, which has me smiling like a dork.

"That's Ground Zero! I used to play this game all the time." I took the disk from his hands and started reminiscing about the old days. Indulging myself in enjoyable recollection of past events, when I still had all the time in the world to play games.

"What about this one?" He then handed me another memorable disk. I squealed in excitement and showed him the cover of the game.

"It's Pokémon Legends! We can play it on my Nintendo switch." I happily explained.

I then peered at Lukas direction and noticed that he was rubbing the nape of his neck, blush starting to creep up his cheeks as he chuckles at me.

"I don't know how that game works, I'm no good at these." He then mumbled, averting his gaze as he looks at the piles of games with a longing sigh.

"Weeeell then, just pick something your familiar with." I smiled at him, crawling back into my rightful place in his lap as he starts to search for a game.

"Ooh, I remember this game." He then pops out a CD that had me in a nostalgic trance. I giggled at his adorable-Ness.

"You want to play Super Mario?" I asked, in thich Luka nods his head profusely.

"I remember Juleka and Rose asking me to play a game that looks similar to this one, I might be able to get the basics down." He briefly explains.

"Pop it in then. I'll watch you play." Softly pressing a small kiss on his chin, I then nuzzled closer to his frame, trying to find a comfy spot.

A small squeak that evoked from Luka had me stopping for a brief moment. I looked up to see his face even more red than before, I started to grow concern. "Are you feeling okay?"

Luka shrugged, averting his gaze as he coughs uncomfortably. "P-perfectly fine! I'm just out of breath for no reason." He stammers.

"If your not feeling well, just tell me, okay?" I softly placed my hand ontop of Lukas calloused one, gently grazing my fingers on his skin in a comforting manner. Luka shrugged the small act, and then nodded his head profusely.

"I-I'm going to start playing now!" He then exclaims.

The air was rather quiet after that. I comfortably watch Luka play his game, sometimes flinching and squirming a bit whenever I tell him to watch out for the angry mobs and the traps.

I think it made Luka quite annoyed, since he's been stuttering and stammering, telling me to stay still. Maybe I should just sit beside him.

The silence was abruptly broken when Luka suddenly spoke. "I like Mario. I remember telling Juleka that I wanted to be just like him once." He started.

I looked at him, rather surprised as I hear him ramble. "Really?" I giggled.

"Yeah and I'm already close to becoming just like him. I'm already a superhero." He then exclaims, before planting a small kiss on my cheek. His next words almost had me blushing bright red.

"And I already have the most beautiful princess in all the land. All that's left is the iconic mustache." Luka cooes at me, chuckling at the sight of me in a red blushing state.

"Y-your such a do- Look out!" I squirmed in his hold, trying to point out the trap he was running towards.

His little Mario character sadly didn't make it, for it jumped down the lava pit.

Instead of hearing a groan filled with defeat and despair, I heard this almost quiet moan escape from Lukas lips. It had me shivering in delight, the sound had me tingling.

Blush started to widely spread on my cheeks, I looked up at him with wide eyes. "L-Luka..?" I called out.

Lukas breathing seemed rather strong, his eyes were frantic and his cheeks a hue of pink.

His mesmerizing eyes looking right back at me with this strange glint, I didn't understand it at first.

"Baby, I told you to stop squirming so much. Your gonna give me a mushroom." I heard Luka breathed out.

He dropped the controller and slowly wrapped his arms around me. It was gentle and comforting, but also tight. I could feel his heart rapidly beating against his chest, the rhythm rather comforting.

He slowly leans closer, his hot breath fanning my face. My eyes grew as wide as saucers when I felt him give me a small peck just above my helix.

His next words had me near trembling. My cheeks flaming hot as I try to shake away these incoherent thoughts.

"You know what happens when Mario gets a mushroom, right?"
