Snape and I sit in his office, talking over cups of tea, something we've done once a week since third year. "I wasn't aware that you even liked Quidditch." Snape speaks.

"Oh, I don't. Harry talked me into it." I shrug, "I like baseball, so I ended up as a beater."

"Yes, you are short seeing as how the twins dropped out. And Ronald's your keeper?"

"Yep."

"Let's hope his enthusiasm for the sport translates into skill."

"I think he'll do alright. He might be an idiot-"

"Judging by how you speak of him, 'idiot' sounds like an understatement."

"He's not that bad anymore. He's just immature. He'll grow into his shoes eventually."

"I'd say that you're the outlier." Snape says, "You are far advanced beyond your peers, that's what I respect most about you, Sammy. I'll root for you silently, even if you're going against my team. I expect a good game." With that, we hug and I see myself out, heading towards the Great Hall for lunch. Seamus is whispering something to Ron as I sit next to Hermione, whose face is buried in the latest edition of the prophet, and kiss her on the cheek.

"Hey, what'd I miss?" Then I see Ron's face, "And why does Ron look like he's eaten a ghost pepper?"

"You didn't miss anything." Hermione says, I lean my head on her shoulder.

"And no reason." Ron sighs. Right now, the table is clogged with different people. Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs are seated at our table. Ava sits next to Harry, who is right in front of Ron. Ron looks at Ava, "So how was it?"

"How was what?" Ava asks.

"The dinner party."

"Oh it was okay, I guess. Boring. Sam and Hermione seemed to have a good time."

"Well, I think Harry enjoyed desert." Hermione adds.

"You know, Ron. Professor Slughorn is having a Christmas Party. We're meant to bring someone." Ava speaks up, "I wanted to ask you."

"Really? Me?" Ron asks with evident disbelief, "I'd love-"

Suddenly Lavender passes by, "Good luck today, Ron! I know you'll be brilliant!" She cheers. To say Ava shoots daggers would be an understatement. If looks could kill, Lavender would be deader than Lincoln right now.

"I'm resigning. After today's match. McLaggen can have my spot." Ron says. Hermione looks at Ron with a concerned expression.

"Have it your way." Harry huffs, "Juice?"

Ron looks further dejected, "Sure."

Luna takes the empty seat beside Ava, wearing a lion hat. "Hello everyone. You look dreadful, Ron." As Ron drinks from his glass, Luna continues, "Is that why you just put something in his cup? Is it a tonic?" We see the vial of Felix Felecis glint in Harry's palm. Ava looks confused.

"Ron, don't drink that." Hermione warns. Ron downs the glass, "Harry, you could be expelled for that."

"Dunno what you're talking about." Harry hums.

Ron stands, "Come on guys, we've got a game to win." I kiss Hermione and stand, following Harry and Ron.

During the game, I knocked a bludger into Draco taking him out of the game, Ron got several seemingly impossible saves and Harry got the Snitch. Needless to say, it was pretty successful if I do say so myself. I enjoy launching the bludger at people. Now people are cheering, swarming Ron for his defensive play. We snuck in a couple people from different houses for the big celebration, Ava included.
