"will you write another flamingo book?" unfortunately, i am no longer apart of the flamingo fandom despite keeping my username. ive drifted along to the next content creators i want to support and currently am writing books about those on my natstalgia account (books on there include ranbooxoc and wilbursootxoc) i put a heck of a lot of effort into the writing on there and i would appreciate it so much if you took a visit. itd mean the world <3
"will you write a sequel?" i was planning on it around a year ago, three months after i had finished this book (in january 2021) but then declined the idea. i did this because i wasnt in my prime of being a flamingo fan at that time and i didnt really have an idea of what i was going to do in the sequel. so no i am not writing a sequel :)
"do you have more flamingo books?" i have another discontinued flamingo book called "mommy issues" on my profile! that book is a lot more consistent and has better writing and around twenty completed chapters at the moment, so feel free to go check that out! though it has been discontinued, the entire plan for the rest of the plot is posted at the end of the book and is available for any other writers to complete as long as credit is given to me and the book ! :)
"will you write more bonus chapters?" i did one bonus chapter a month or so ago, and will only be doing one more as a thank you for 100k reads and thats about the extent of bonus chapters im gonna be writing :D
"this sounds a lot like his silver lining." yes i took a lot of inspiration from that book while writing this one. keep in mind i did not know that the fact we just had the same antagonist made our books seem similar. i did create my own plot otherwise, but yeah i took a lot of inspiration from his silver lining and i did not think this book would reach anywhere near even 500 reads. we're almost to 100k and this book is the biggest flamingoxreader on wattpad. wtf. anyways so yeah i didnt really take that into consideration but pls forgive me for that <3
"why is the book so long?" i did not know how to structure chapters when i wrote this. one of the chapters is like two paragraphs and another is like fifteen. please bare with it i apologize <3
"why does this have so many reads? did albert read this?" no albert did not read this, i just got very lucky with the wattpad algorithm and this book was the first result that came after the search "flamingo" so it got popular pretty quickly.
"what will you do if albert reads this?" if he reads this i will probably jump off a cliff, but otherwise the book is staying up as long as albert is comfortable with fanfictions being made about him. if he is not, ill have the book taken down as soon as possible!!
"the book doesnt use my correct pronouns, could you make a gender neutral version of the book?" i am so sorry, i would definitely make a gender neutral version of the book if it werent so long and inconsistent. i really dont want to change anything with the book at the moment and i dont think i will in the future, and the way i wrote it makes it very difficult to make changes such as y/n's pronouns. i apologize, and i hope anyone whose pronouns do not match that of y/n's still enjoy this book regardless of the mistakes !
"are you going to take this book down?" i have no intentions of taking this book down unless albert or any of the other content creators mentioned have any issues with fanfictions being made about them! if you know of any helpful information regarding this, please let me know and ill make modifications as soon as possible!! :)
"can i write a book about albert similar to this and give you credit?" of course!! as long as credit is given, i am okay with any books being written out of inspiration from this book. it would make me very happy to see that ive inspired someone :)
