"y/n u still have my jeans from the other day" mj says wanting her jeans back for the weekend

"what these ones?" y/n laughs showing she was infact wearing mj's baggy blue jeans. mj looks at y/n fake with annoyance before rolling her eyes.

"well i want them back for the weekend, my nan is taking us shopping" she adds taking another bite of her pasta

"NANA ROBINS COMMING BACK" y/n says exited

"as i said shes MY nan y/n" even though y/n was practically part of the family at this point. i mean y/n has gone to weddings and spent christmas with the jones so its not much a surprise that if her favourite grandmother's coming to town she will be there.

y/n was about to respond when mj gets a text. the brunette checks it and it was robin

after that mj passes her phone to y/n "ha she loves me" was y/ns response. "can i have some water" y/n asks and mj just throws her bag at y/ns head, who scoffs in response. y/n grabs the water taking a couple sips before putting it back and returning the gesture.

this was their longest break so there was still half an hour left. all y/n could think about was this afternoon when she moved into avengers tower. she was scared about all the men that were around. she. well just no. y/n doesnt know how she will cope with it if it will bring up to many memorys. especially because these people are avengers they have powers and special abilities their not just 40 year old men

"hey guys" ned smiles as the 2 boys join them, they had been at a meeting of some sort. the new presences was enough to snap y/n out of her thoughts.

"h-hey" she smiles

"did you guys do the chemistry homework?" peter asks

"hold up, did THE peter parker not do his homework" mj says shocked

"well- i was uh i didnt-"

"Oh MY GOD you didnt do your homework, damn parker" y/n says laughing "welcome to the club" y/n was known for not doing homework the teachers didnt like it. peter groans as he began to copy of ned.

"peter are you by chance at the tower this weekend? or even this afternoon" y/n asks rubbing the back of her head

"i should be round 7 tonight for dinner, and i think i have something to do with mr stark on sunday. why?"

"n-never mind" y/n shakes her head. mj sways hitting into y/ns side with a look. y/n shakes her head making mj sigh.

another time skip to the end of the day

i walked out the school gates with my head low as to not draw attention to myself. and began walking to the avengers tower. mr fury had asked if i wanted a car to pick me up but i declined not wanting to be an inconvenience. instead i had brought my skate board to school. i hadnt used it in about a year but i used to be really good

with that i put in music and started riding to the avengers tower. it was quite far from school so it took a good 40 minutes to get there. but the freedom was nice. all my stuff was dropped off this morning so it should be a pretty easy settle in.

i got to the tower kicked my board up and just kinda looked up at the tall building. i wasnt to prepared to go in. "y/n?" a man asked i looked down at him waiting until he spoke again. "follow me" he said. i straightened my bag strap and followed him. admiring the massive place.

"friday take ms y/n to the meeting room floor" the man says holding his arm out to the elevator doors. once i step in he takes his arm away and the doors close leaving me alone in the elevator.

the doors open again and i step out confused at the amount of hallways and doors. i hear voices and begin wandering towards the noise.

"she should be here soon" someone says

"so let me get this right shes 14"

"YOU STRANGLED THIS KID"

i knock on the door and they all go silent. the door opens and i see a familiar red head. nat. "y/n hey come in" she smiles leading me over to the table

everyone who i had already met said hi and the others introduced themselves. after that everyone just continues talking and the boys were being really loud making a lot of movements like when mj plays video games

tony banged on the table and i flinched as jt triggred a memory. i zoned out not realising i was looking just past wanda's head so it seems as if i was looming at her

wanda's pov
i look around the room again bored with the boys bickering and see y/n at first it looked like she was looking at me but really she was just looking past me. i noticed she wasn't blinking and realised she was zoned out.

"nat and i will show y/n around" i say standing up grabbing nats hand and motioning for y/n to follow us.

" i uh yeah" nat mumbled as we left.
