Warning: This chapter contains a lot of gore (although I tried not to make it as detailed as possible) so please don't read if you're uncomfortable!
My eyes shot open before I sat up. It felt as if I had woken up from a nightmare. For a few seconds, I tried to convince myself it was until I finally saw Jeff's knife covered with blood on the nightstand. Lifting my hoodie, I was relieved to find no scar.
My heart kept beating fast at the thought of me hurting the others. Dark was able to escape with the creepypastas so now I could focus on my original goal.
I glanced my eyes at the mirror, glad that they were no longer red. The spell had been broken which meant Zalgo's spells wouldn't work on me anymore- at least that's what Slenderman said.
I then heard Zalgo yelling outside. Quietly opening the doors to the balcony, I widen my eyes at the sight. About a hundred soldiers stood outside the castle, listening to Zalgo's speech.
"They ruined my plans far too many times already! It's time for revenge!"
I stepped back as my thoughts raced. Once again, the creepypastas were in danger and I had to do something to prevent it. I knew they could defend themselves, but his army greatly outnumbered them.
I slowly walked back into the room and grabbed Jeff's knife. I wiped the blood using my hoodie's sleeve and made my way to the castle's entrance.
"I believe it's time to release the souls that I've been collecting!" Cheers from his army echoed throughout the walls as a shiver ran up my spine. Slenderman had mentioned his souls would be the ones to bring an end to this world. Not to mention, Zen was still there and I had to figure out a way to save him if it's possible.
Once I was near the entrance, I heard someone coming from behind. Hiding behind a pillar, I kept quiet as I waited for whoever it was to pass by. They opened the doors to the entrance and spoke to Zalgo.
I heard Zalgo yell, "What do you mean she's gone?"
As if he teleported away, everything was silent. I took a peak, using the pillar to cover my body, and found no one. Slowly, I made my way to Zalgo's spot. All his soldiers kept their gazes at me.
"Your majesty!" The one in the front spoke. I was pretty sure he was the captain. "Lord Zalgo said you were dying!"
"You guys aren't killing the pastas," I warned him. "You will have to get through me first."
"B-But my queen-"
I pointed my knife at him as I glared at him. "I am not your queen, I'm one of them. If you guys are going to kill them, you have to kill me too."
In the corner of my eye, I saw one of the guards slowly making his way closer to me. Once he was about to attack, I snatched the captain's sword while putting Jeff's knife in my pocket. I had a feeling I would use this later.
I pushed the captain aside before clashing my sword into the guard's. Our swords kept hitting each other as I noticed more guards were surrounding us. One was about to attack me from behind but I bent down, dodging the sword, stabbing the guard I was previously fighting.
I swung the sword, beheading the guard that was about to attack me. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding as I saw the guards pulling out their swords.
One by one, they all tried to attack me. They raised their swords towards me as I used mine to block their hits. I felt adrenaline take over with every hit. One by one the guards fell to the ground, dead. I lost count of how many I killed when I hit about fifteen.
During this time, I no longer cared about anything, just as long as most of them died. I figured I wouldn't be able to kill them all before exhaustion would take over.
