It's musical oneshot timeeee!!

So this song is 'Someday' from Zombies, and I've always found it insanely catchy for no reason lol.

As King Ahkmenrah's gentle lips part from my own, I feel the fireworks exploding in my brain. It was my first kiss, and it just so happened to be with the guy of my dreams. It was the perfect kiss...even if we were hiding from my dad in a broom closet...

I gasp upon the realization. "Oh no..."

Ahkmenrah looks at me with concern. "(Yn)? What's wrong? Was the kiss too forward? We can take things slower if you'd like. I know this was very abrupt-"

I cut of Ahk's rambling. "It's not that...the kiss was incredible..." I sigh in bliss.

"Then what's the issue, darling?"

"My dad! He would flip out if he knew I just kissed you!" I nervously say. "I really like you...I want to be with you, but how will I get consent from my father when he has forbidden me from dating any of the museum exhibits?"

Ahkmenrah gently smiles at me.

Ahk: I know it might be crazy
But did you hear the story?

(Yn): I think I heard it vaguely...

I grin as Ahk grabs a flashlight off of the shelf and lights up the closet. He shines it on his face to give himself a ghostly appearance.

Ahk: A girl and a mummy~

(Yn): Oh, tell me more, boy
Sounds like a fantasy

I look into Ahk's sparkling eyes and gently wrap my hands around his own.

Both: Oh, what could go so wrong
With a girl and a mummy?

Ahkmenrah turns off the flashlight, leaving us in the dark.

Ahk: You're from the perfect paradise~
And I'm living on the darker side

I playfully grab the flashlight and light up the room once more.

(Yn): Ooh, I've got a feeling
If you get to know me~

Ahk: Right from the start you caught my eye
And something inside me came to life

Ahk quickly pecks my cheek and I turn bright pink. I drop the flashlight from surprise, and it clatters the ground, casting our silhouettes onto the wall.

We dance together in the small closet, our chests touching from the rooms small size. Ahk twirls me in a circle.

Both: Someday~

We dance through the dimly lit room, smiling in one another's arms.

Ahkmenrah grins at me.

Ahk: Girl, you look delicious-
Oh, I mean gorgeous

Ahk quickly corrects himself and I playfully jab him with my elbow.

(Yn): Well, now you're getting fearless...

The pharaoh sheepishly scratches the back of his neck.

Ahk: No, I'm just rooting for us!

(Yn): If different was a super power,
We'd be so flawless~

Both: Yeah, we could make these two worlds ours!
I'm rooting for us

I look into his hopeful eyes and begin to believe that this fantasy world could be real.

Ahk: Two lonely hearts meet in the dark
Imagine it now they start a spark?

I sit down on a box and eagerly listen to Ahk.

(Yn): You got my attention
What happens next, then?

Ahkmenrah smiles and takes ahold of my hand. He pulls me off of the box and I laugh.

Ahk: Movies and long walks in the park,
Hanging out anywhere we want~

I tap my finger against my chin, pretending to be contemplating the idea. I wink at my crush.

(Yn): I like the way you're thinking
I can almost see it

Both: Someday

Both: Out in the broad daylight

I gasp in horror as Ahkmenrah slowly opens up the door. I tightly grip his arm as he begins to walk out of the safety of our broom closet. I shake my head, but Ahk only gives me a reassuring smile. He gently takes ahold of my hand. We walk into the main part of the museum and I nervously glance around as the other exhibits begin to notice Ahkmenrah and I together.

Ahkmenrah gives my hand a reassuring squeeze, and suddenly don't feel as afraid of what the others will think of our secret relationship.

We dance through the hallways, ignoring the shocked looks some of the exhibits were giving us. I suddenly realize that I don't care what they think of us, as long as we're together.

In that moment, I knew our love could take on the world.
