CHAPTER 29

LORELEI

     "SLEEP FOR a while, malayo pa ang biyahe natin." Sabi ni Malcolm at inayos ang seatbelt ko

Two AM pa lang at schedule na ng flight namin pauwi ng Pilipinas. Buti na lang nakabili na ako ng mga pasalubong.

"Matulog ka din." Sabi ko dito. "Ilang oras lang ang naging tulog mo."

"Don't worry about me." Hinalikan ako nito sa noo. "Sleep now. I love you."

"Thank you."

Ngumiti ako sa kaniya bago pumikit hanggang sa makatulog na ako.

MALCOLM

    "WHAT do you need?" I asked to Fererro when I entered to his condo. "Make it faster, my Wife is waiting for me."

"Neia is in critical condition." He said seriously. "She got shot by your brother enemy."

"What?" Halos mapuklat ang noo ko dahil sa pagkakunot

"Isinama ng tanga mong kapatid si Neia sa misyon niya." He greeted his teeth. "I want to kill your brother. I want to go home to check her but I cant. Aemie needs me here and I don't want to see your brother face. I might ripped his neck."

"Thanks for telling me." I stood up and tapped his shoulder. "Let me handle my brother. I will send you a video on how I punch her."

"Good. I will wait for that video." He said. "Update me too of her condition please."

He looks like no care but he loves Neia so much. He can't leave without Neia

"I'll go now. My Wife is waiting for me." I said

He just nodded.

I can't wait to punch my brother's face. I always told him to make sure that Neia is always safe.

Except from Lorelei, Neia is my everything. My Neia is a sweet girl and we love her so much. I'm sure Dad already punched my idiot brother face.

"Malcolm..." I looked at my Wife when she talk

She's still sleeping. Cute

"I'm here." I held her hand and kissed it.

How I lucky to marry her. I knew she's the one I want to be with until I grow old. Since we're kid, she always amazed me by her beauty.

"Malcolm, huwag kang lalayo." Mommy said. "You know it's dangerous for us."

"Let him Mom." Nico said. "Ako na pong bahala sa kaniya."

"Okay, take care both of you." She said and we just nodded

Nico and I went outside. I just want to take a look to our new place.

"Nico, aren't you tired?" I asked to him. "Palipat lipat na tayo, wala tayong permanenteng bahay."

"I'm tired Coco." He said. "But let's accept our faith. This is our life now."

"I just wanted to play with my toys. I just wanted a normal life." I pouted. "I wish this trouble to our life will end now."

"Soon Coco." He said while smiling and tap my head.

We're on that scene when someone bumped me. Napaupo ako sa lupa at ramdam kong nagkasugat ang palad ko.

"Yung lollipop ko huhuhu."

I look at the girl who bumped me and now she's crying. But one thing made me stop. Damn!  She's fvcking beautiful

"Yung lollipop ko!" She said while crying.  "Nibili yun ni Papa ko eh huhuhu."

"Shit!" I immediately stood up and help her. "Stop crying. I'm sorry."

She held my hand and look at me. Shit!  Her hand is soft.

"Yung lollipop ko." She said.

"I'll buy you." I said to her. "Stop crying now."

"Okay." She wiped her tears. "Ituturo ko sa iyo kung saan ko yung nibili."

"Okay." I looked at Nico. He's now smirking at me. "Go home, sasamahan ko lang siya."

"Okay," He tapped my shoulder. "Ako ng bahala kila Mommy, just go home okay?"

"Yes, thank you brother." I looked at the girl. "Let's go?"

"Okie dokie."

Nauna itong maglakad. She's jumping while walking. Cute

"Stop doing that." She stopped and look at me innocently. "Baka madapa ka."

"Hindi ah, lagi ko itong ginagawa. Ang saya kaya." Her voice is sounds like an angel. "Halika, try mo."

She went at me and held my hand. "Ready kana?"

And we both jumping while walking until we reached the store where she bought her lollipop

"Five isa nung lollipop." She said. "May pera kaba?"

"Yes." I took my wallet from my pocket. "Give her ten lollipop."

I have two hundred pesos. Kailangan kong magtipid.

"Yehey! Thank you!" She said happily while holding her lollipops. "Gusto mo?"

"Kapag nagkapera ako, bibilhan pa kita ng marami." I said to her. "Just promise me that you won't cry anymore."

"Hindi ko mapa-promise yun noh." She pouted. "Paano kapag nadapa ako? Masakit kaya yun."

"Silly." I laughed before pinched her cheek. "Can you tellme your name?"

"Binigyan mo naman ako ng lollipop kaya sasabihin ko." she smile widely. "Ako si Lorelei, tinatawag nila akong Lei."

"Lorelei." Beautiful name, same with her face. "Call me Coco."

"Coco." She nodded. "Prends na tayo ah?"

"Sure."

And after that we went to the park and play. For the first time I enjoy my life. Naramdaman ko ang sarap ng pagiging bata, yung walang pinoproblema.

Because of her naranasan kong maging isang batang kailangan lang maglaro. I forgot my problems because of her.

"LEI!" Parehas kaming napatingin sa sumigaw

"Papa!" Lorelei stood up and went to his father. "Tapos kana pong mag work? Miss po kita."

"Miss din kita baby." Her father kissed her cheek. "Pawis na pawis ka ah?"

"Naglaro po kami ng new friend ko." Lorelei looked at me. "Tara dito Coco, papakilala kita kay Papa ko."

I nodded before went to them

"Good afternoon Sir. I'm Coco." I formally introduce myself

"Masaya akong makilala ka Coco." He smiled at me. "Huwag kang masyadong pormal, Tito na lang."

"Thank you po." I said to him before look to Lorelei. "I gotta go now Lorelei."

"Sige, kita tayo bukas dito ah?" I nodded. "Thank you Coco."

"Thank you too my beautiful lady." I said while smiling

I turned my back and happily walking while jumping.
