ARGbur angst but make it hurt comfort with his family. (ARGbur based off of Matpats video on it)

Trigger Warning: Murder, drowning, death, food, panic attacks, and crying

Wilbur was sat on the couch, shaking as they watched the Titanic.

"Wil? You alright mate?" Phil asked. Wilbur didn't say anything. He began digging his nails into his arms violently.

"Wilbur, can you hear me?" Phil asked, moving to sit in front of Wilbur as Techno paused the movie. Wilburs breath was speeding up.

"Wilbur breathe, you are ok, you are safe," Techno said, crouching next to Phil. Wilbur shook his head.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, it was an accident I'm so sorry," he mumbled, seemingly somewhere else.

"Wilbur, don't apologize, it's ok," Phil tried.

"Please, please, no, no, don't.." Wilbur cried out, squeezing his eyes shut.

"Wilbur you're scaring me," Tommy said, voice laced in concern.

"Cold, cold, it's so cold, I'm so cold," Wilbur repeated over and over again.

"Tommy, go get a blanket," Phil instructed, not wanting the youngest to see this.

"Annabel, Annabel Lee, I'm so sorry, please, please," Wilbur called out to nobody.

"Wil, it's just Dad and Techno, nobody else is here," Phil promised, he held out his hand, placing it gently on Wilburs knee.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he continued apologizing through his sobs. He seemed to be slowly coming back.

"Can you hear me bud?" Phil asked eventually. Wilbur nodded.

"Can you tell us what that was about?" Techno asked his twin.

"I didn't mean to! It was an accident she... she fell.." Wilbur cried out, squeezing his eyes shut.

"Who fell? What happened mate?" Phil pushed.

"The girl I went on that date with a few months ago.. We.. We went to the Thames and she started yelling and I got scared and angry and I pushed her and she fell! I tried to save her but I couldn't, it's so cold. I'm so cold, Dad, I'm so cold," Wilbur lashed out, his words dying off.

"Its ok Wilbur, it was an accident, you tried to save her, it wasn't your fault," Techno said softly, glancing at Phil.

"Tommy! Did you find that blanket?" Phil called. Tommy wobbled in with about six blankets piled up in his arms.

"Here you go Wil, lots of warm fluffy blankets," Tommy said, dropping them all in Wilburs lap. Wilbur adjusted them with Phil's help, so each of them was fully covering him. He continued to shiver beneath all the layers. He leaned over and pulled Phil to sit next to him. Phil wrapped his wing around his son and held him close.

"I loved her so much," Wilbur mumbled, startling Phil, who thought he was asleep.

"I loved her so much but when I tried to kiss her while we watched the sunset she slapped me. She hit me Dad, she said it was some dumb dare she took at a party while drunk a few weeks before. She told me it was all a lie, a joke, she laughed at me Dad," Wilbur said softly, beginning to cry again.

"I pushed her. I got mad and I yelled at her and I shoved her. She fell into the water, she screamed for help. She screamed for me Dad, I jumped in trying to save her. I tried but I couldn't reach her. The water was so cold, she kept saying she was cold, she kept screaming. It's my fault Dad, I killed her," Wilbur began to sob as he recalled it. He began shivering again, burrowing further beneath the blankets and further into Phil's side.

They were having a family dinner eating take out sushi the next time it happened.

Wilbur was eating quietly when his twin beside him began to notice the trembling.

"You good, Wilbur?" Techno asked, subtly drawing Phil's attention to the situation.

"Cold," was all Wilbur responded with. Tommy got up and got him a bug fluffy blanket they had started keeping on the sofa.

"Should we move to the couch Wilbur?" Phil asked the boy. They had made a plan for if it happened again. Wilbur nodded, not moving to get up. Phil easily picked him up, sitting him down on the couch. Tommy and Techno began cleaning up the table in the other room.

"Do you know what's triggering it?" Phil asked.

"Food. Sushi, we had sushi," Wilbur mumbled.

"What can I do to help?" Phil asked.

"Can I have something different? Warm please. I'm so cold," Wilbur answered.

"Of course, do you want soup?" Phil offered. Wilbur nodded, curling further into himself beneath the blanket. Phil went into the kitchen and made a quick pot of soup, bringing Wilbur a bowl.

"Thank you," Wilbur said quietly, sipping his soup slowly. Phil started a fire in the fireplace, filling the room with warmth.

"You ok now?" Phil asked as Wilbur set down his bowl, leaning into Phil's shoulder.

"Mhm, thanks Dad," Wilbur mumbled tiredly before falling asleep, his father's wings draped over his still shaky form.
