POV:Lo'ak
I woke up to the bright sun in my face. My face felt so fucking hot. I looked down to see Nīya head rested on my chest.

I honestly don't even remember falling asleep. The only thing I remember is us making love. I mean how could I forget?

I just stared at her as she slept. She's such a pretty sleeper.

The way she keeps a smile on her face even when she's sleeping. The way the sun lights up her light blue skin. She's so perfect.

She began shifting her head on my chest. That's when my eyes started to wonder beyond her face. I forgot we were both naked.

I couldn't help but get turned on. I mean, she's just so perfect. How could I not? She's the most gorgeous girl I've ever seen, met, or been with.

I just knew from the moment I met her that she'd be mine. I couldn't live any other day knowing that she wouldn't be mine. Knowing that I didn't try. I didn't care how long it was going to take, I was going to fight for her.

I would say I am a shy person, but the day I saw her, it's like I instantly grew a pair of balls. I had to speak to her. It's speak now or forever hold your peace right?

Now she's the love of my life and we started our own family. Who would've thought because my past self definitely wouldn't.

I always thought I'd end up with a forest girl back at home. Im happy I didn't try because they were all fucking ugly.

They actually weren't, it's just they didn't like me. They liked Neteyam. So to me, whoever liked him, I considered them ugly.

Inside and out.

I could say I was jealous of him. He did absolutely nothing and the girls were at his feet. He could just breathe their air and they'd faint.

I truly didn't understand.

Every girl I ever talked to wanted to know about Neteyam, or use me to get to him. It's like he was famous or something.

I was just his shadow.

"Lo'ak." Nīya's voice snapped me out of my thoughts. A smile grew on my face. Just seeing her made me happy.

"Good morning beautiful." I kissed her forehead.

"What are you doing up?" She then gasped. I jumped up. "What?!" I asked frantically. I hated when she gasped out of no where.

It always made my heart race.

"What time is it?!" She jumped up. "Shit Lo'ak we were supposed to be back already!" She ran, grabbing her clothes.

She threw me my loincloth. She definitely didn't know how to aim because my loincloth landed on my head.

"Good job." I sarcastically congratulated her. She started putting on her clothes.

"Oh thank Eywa you didn't rip my outfit." She looked up at the sky. I've seen her in that position before. I couldn't help but smile bigger.
