Amyntas became a nervous wreck he's been wanting to ask Kimberly to the dance but he's seen how Kimberly acts around Tommy and Iridiana he's also been told how she's been fawning over him (Tommy) since she first saw him it was much like he was when he first saw her when he was three he actually befriended Iridiana just so he could be close to Kimberly it was weird he was shy when it came to Kimberly but not Iridiana it did take him awhile to warm up to Iridiana enough to become her friend but either way he was glad he did her and her friends were the best friends he's ever made he is now walking towards Tommy who was in the park sitting at a picnic table by himself which is rather unusual for he was always either with Iridiana or with Kimberly and their friends for he was hoping to get Tommy's advice as to how to go about doing what he wants to do without looking like a fool especially if Kimberly doesn't feel the same way about him as he always has about her "hey Tommy"  Amyntas says Tommy turns when he hears his voice then replies "hey Amyntas"  Amyntas says "I was wondering of I could get your opinion about something!?"  Tommy asks "Kimberly!?!"  Amyntas replies somewhat sheepishly "yeah!"  Tommy smiles then says "don't worry about it man, I'll let you in on a little secret I suspect that her attitude towards me and Iridiana has more to do with her sister than anything else many think she's just jealous of her especially knowing how happy she is with me I mean maybe it was about the other stuff before but lately she only seems upset when Iridiana and I are affectionate with one another.... which is always but....!"  Amyntas chuckles as Tommy continues "I've seen the way she looks at you during class it's the same way she sometimes looks at me but I believe there may be more there for you than there is for me nowadays for as you know it seems she'll do anything to try and make her sister miserable!"  Amyntas looks surprised when he hears that Kimberly has been staring at him in class Tommy smiles then says "my advice would be if you can't ask her outright then ask her parents that may just prove how serious you are about it and DEFINITELY don't ask her sister!"  Amyntas chuckles then says "thanks man"  Tommy replies "no problem"  they sit and chat about other things getting to know each other better for they rarely get a chance to do that "man to man" then go play some one on one basketball at the basketball court Tommy even teaches him a few Martial Arts moves he's never learned before which he found pretty cool.... the next day Iridiana rushes into the Juice Bar looking for Tommy for she knew he was hanging out with Zack there Tommy looks over at the doorway as she rushes in with a worried expression on her face then walks over to her and asks with a concerned soft tone "what's wrong!?!"  she replies in a tone so soft he barely heard her "there's a darkness I can't pinpoint....can't you feel it!?!"  he shakes his head then hugs her gently to him and whispers "everything's going to be ok"  she whispers "I hope so!"  he hugs her a little tighter and she buries herself in his chest as though she was searching for warmth she could no longer feel which worried him he leans back just a little and says "hey! why don't we go for a walk in the park!? hopefully it'll get your mind off of whatever has got you so blue"  she looks at him then says with a corner smirk "I don't know you know what usually happens when we go to the park together!"  he chuckles though if he truly thinks about it she's right there were a few times that they went to the park and got attacked by Putties "I guess I'll have to take that chance!"  he says her eyes become sad "come on! we'll protect each other just like we always do!"  he says she nods sadly and allows him to gently lead her out of the Juice Bar.... while Iridiana was looking for Tommy Amyntas was knocking on the Hart home door and asking Kimberly's parents permission to take Kimberly to the dance Kimberly who heard him pop the question so to speak rushed into the living room and answered yes which not only relieved his nerves but made him happy.... no matter what Tommy tried to do he just couldn't help Iridiana shake the darkness she felt that was coming to make matters worse it was just like she teasingly predicted for Putties rushed over and attacked them "it started with me I guess it's got to end with me too!"  she whispers "what does!?!"  Tommy asks with a confused tone but she doesn't answer and he racks his brain trying to figure out what started with her and at the moment the only thing he could think of was when they started dating and that broke his heart after all she had just said yes to going to the dance with him yesterday is she truly thinking about breaking up with him there "no! she wouldn't do that!!"  he whispers to himself and he tries very hard to think of everything else they've been through together and for some odd reason the second most important thing they had been through never crossed his mind which constantly went back to the heartbreaking breakup thought and never wavered from it but he soon finds out what she means when they are both taken to Rita's Dark Dimension "just like old times, isn't it, Green Ranger?"  Goldar asks as the Putties tightly hold Tommy and Iridiana "what's this all about, Goldar?"  Tommy asks he looks to his left and sees that Iridiana had been brought up to the Moon base as well and he orders "let her go! she has nothing to do with any of this!"  Iridiana whispers through her teeth "that's where you're wrong Thomas I have a LOT to do with this!"  he looks at her oddly as one of the Putties takes Tommy's Morpher then cartwheels it over to Goldar who takes it and says "ah, yes his Morpher! leave them to me"  the Putties disappear and Iridiana takes Tommy's hand in hers as Goldar says "get comfortable, Green Ranger Rita has big plans for you"  Tommy replies "never!"  and even though he wanted to go over and fight Goldar he didn't trust the golden winged bear-lion especially with Iridiana so he stays put and gently squeezes her hand he just wasn't sure if he was searching for her comfort, trying to comfort her or both then he tries to use his Communicator which he finds out doesn't work in the dimension they're in "why am I here?"  Tommy asks "it's simple if you serve Rita, you can keep your powers if not, you'll lose them when the candle burns out"  Goldar replies "what candle?"  Tommy asks "the Green Candle"  Goldar replies he turns and Tommy sees the candle that's been hiding behind him quite possibly the whole time they were there or longer and Goldar laughs Tommy feels Iridiana squeeze his hand he looks at her and asks with a whispered tone "is that the darkness you felt!?!"  she replies "that or the spell she quite possibly put on it!"  he nods as they were speaking Goldar says "it's made of very special wax when it burns out Rita will have stolen your powers!"  Tommy says to Goldar "I won't let you get away with this, Goldar"  Goldar mocks "like to stop the candle from burning? be my guest"  Tommy starts to rush towards Goldar but Iridiana pulls him back he looks at her and she shakes her head then whispers "don't give into his mocking you're only boosting his ego and that doesn't do anyone any good! besides I have a feeling once it's lit it stays lit"  he looks at her sadly she slides her hand up his cheek then hugs him "no, please let him try!"  Goldar mocks "shut up!"  Iridiana demands with a dark tone Goldar quickly shuts his mouth he should remember that such beauty can be deadly and scary as well even scarier than Rita and that in itself is dangerous.... after saying yes to Amyntas Kimberly tried to get ahold of Iridiana to rub it in her face that she has a date to the dance and becomes pissed when she can't get ahold of her for she believes that her sister is ignoring her then she gets a call from Zordon through her Communicator and when she answers it she finds out that Goldar has kidnapped her sister and Tommy and taken them to Rita's Dimensional Prison and she becomes worried for both of them and teleports to the Command Center to see what she can do to save them.... with the help of her friends of course.....
