If anyone had told Elyana Rotchamsey that she would be waking up in Prince Aemond Targaryen's bed, she probably would have cursed them out in an instant. But here she was, staring up at the canopy with a stoic expression on her face and with guilt eating away at her heart.

She turned to the side of the empty bed and took a deep breath. Confusion and the memories of the night before running through her mind. She was still unsure of what Aemond wanted with her. Because after their passionate kiss, all he said was: "You will sleep here tonight." And then nothing.

He simply got ready for bed and laid next to her, falling asleep instantly and leaving her confused, hot, and bothered. Was that her punishment? To be aroused and then get left with the desire?

And then she woke up to the emptiness of his bedchamber. Guilt and Erryk's face flashing through her mind constantly. She was in a nightgown, it was morning, and Erryk for sure would be standing at the door. If he saw her like this, he would definitely get the wrong idea. Well the idea was right. She had slept with the prince. Just not like that.

Elyana sat up on Aemond's bed and to her surprise, saw a gown laid out for her at the end of the bed. She breathed a sigh of relief and moved to get herself dressed in the attire Aemond or someone had laid for her.

It was a dark green gown, and she recognized it from the boxes of dresses that were gifted to her by Aemond. She put it on hurriedly, only to find it to be a rather slutty one. It was a long sleeved dress but the cleavage it showed left little to the imagination. Elyana hated it but it would have to do.

She fixed her hair to the best of her abilities and then headed out of Aemond's quarters. She was rather ashamed to see Erryk standing at his post as usual. And then she shamefully lowered her gaze to the floor when he gave her a look of surprise.

"Elyana? When did you get here? I-I've been standing here for two hours." Elyana wanted to find a hole, crawl inside of it, and simply die.

Erryk Cargyll was a true knight, he was a good man. And he deserved nothing but the truth. Elyana did not wish to string him along, not at all. She would tell him the truth... "The Prince Aemond called for me early this morning! He accidentally knocked over a glass and had me clean it up." She was a terrible person for lying.

"Oh! I understand. The prince has gone riding on this fine morning with Prince Aegon. I was wondering if you wanted to maybe get something to eat from the kitchens?" Erryk asked ever so kindly. Elyana felt so incredibly terrible about the kiss she had shared with Aemond, and Erryk did not deserve that.

But she was a selfish girl. "Of course! I am famished." Elyana told him as he smiled and motioned for her to lead the way. The Seven Hells would be waiting for her, she was so sure.

The pair walked in unison to the castle kitchens and Erryk grabbed the both of them a meal. Elyana could feel the guilt eating away at her heart, but she tried comforting herself by reminding herself that the pair of them were nothing serious.

Erryk could never be with her. It was fine. They just enjoyed each other's company.

The pair sat at one of the tables that were set for servants in the kitchens, and began eating quietly. "You know Elyana... I-I really like you." Erryk would say, making Elyana almost choke on the ham she was eating. Why would he say that just now? It only added to her guilt.

"I really like you too, Erryk." Elyana smiled kindly, and she meant it. Who wouldn't like a man like Erryk Cargyll? He was handsome, sweet, kind, and good.

"You know... sometimes I wonder what would happen if I were to renounce my duties to the Kingsguard. I mean... my brother or myself will have to eventually leave for our seat in the Crownlands anyways. What if I were to renounce them soon?" Erryk asked, and his gaze was burning into Elyana.
