The satellite goes about 2 years forward to 2022, as we hear a conversation between Laswell, Ghost, Graves and Shepherd, along with images of Iranian Quds Force and Al-Qatala/OpFor associate General Ghorbrani.
Graves: Gold Eagle, this is Shadow Actual, we're in position and burning here, over.
Shepherd: Roger, Shadow, Laswell, do we have confirmation?
Laswell: Watcher to Bravo 0-7, gimme a SITREP, you're in position? Over.
Ghost: Bravo 0-7 to Watcher, nearly there, over.
The satellite geolocates Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley near Al Mazrah, Adal.

Ghost is in a canyon as he sees an Mi-17 Hip flying above with Ghorbrani inside.
Ghost: I've spotted a Chopper, it must be Ghorbrani.
Laswell: At least he's punctual, get up there with a better view and tell us what you see.
Reaching the end of the canyon, he takes out his binoculars.
Shepherd: What do you see, Ghost?
Ghost: Weapons and equipment, all Russian.
Shepherd: What the hell are the Russians doin' with Ghorbrani?
Laswell: Supplying Iran. It's an arms deal.
Shepherd: You copying this, Shadow Actual?
Graves: Affirmative- two birds, one stone...
Laswell: We need positive ID on Ghorbrani before we kick this off, boys.
Shepherd: Ghost, can you identify the General?
Ghost spots Russian soldiers gathered along a lone military officer.
Ghost: Armed escorts around one VIP. Russians are very happy to see him.
Shepherd: It'll be the last time they do.
Ghorbrani turns back to the heli to pick up armory, Ghost marks him.
Ghost: Visual on General Ghorbrani.
Laswell: Roger, target confirmed, Gold Eagle.
Shepherd: Copy that, Watcher, Shadow Actual you're cleared hot to launch, over.
Graves: Solid copy, Actual.
We then see Graves and Shadow Company with a Ballistic Missile Launcher.
Graves: Ghost, you are danger close to the zone. This arrow's gonna pack a punch.
Ghost: Roger, send it.
Graves: All Shadow units, this is Shadow Actual, Missile Ready For Delivery, standby for launch, over. Coordinates in... Target designated... Three... Two... One... Missile Away.
The missiles launch and is directed towards Ghorbrani.
Graves: Missile bearing northeast at 0-6-5 degrees at Mach 3... Altitude 500 meters. Brace for impact. T.O.T 5 seconds... 3... 2... 1...
The missile strikes the Russian convoy, producing a massive explosions that kills the Russian soldiers and Ghorbrani, the shockwave reaches Ghost, who remains unscathed.
Ghost: Bloody fucking hell. Direct... Target destroyed...
