The first one to react was Shu Ling who blushed at the sight.
Then there is the domino effect, Xu Ruo, Lin Yen, Yen Ying, Ai Yao, and Ling Shui. Chang Wen, Sun Chang, Chu Qing, Li Min, Gu Xiang, and Ning Meng all slightly blushed.
Zi Yu stood in place with an emotionless expression.
Feeling multiple eyes locked onto him, Gu Xia faked a cough before getting rid of the small genuine smile on his face.
"No need to stare..."
He scratched his cheek.
This little action caused another storm of blush to appear on the heroine's faces as they couldn't help but twitch their legs.
'So handsome...'
They all thought at the same time.
"Ok, snap out of it... All of you are gawking at me like perverts."
Gu Xia smirked, for a second he covered his mouth as if trying to hold back a laugh.
Hearing such words, Sun Chang gasped.
"A-Are you saying I, the noble daughter of the Sun family, is a pe-pervert!?"
Disbelief quickly covered her blushing face.
If this was an anime her blond hair which was the shape of drills would have been spinning.
Gu Xia lightly sighed before rubbing his forehead.
"Jesus... You know, I think you're the Ojou sama type..."
His words seemed to have pierced Sun Chang's heart as she clenched her small white petite hands and cutely puffed out her cheeks like a Chipmunk.
"How rude!"
She hmphed and looked away.
Ning Meng stepped forward and asked a question that has been plaguing her mind ever since she saw Gu Xia reappear.
"Is Lin Fan dead?"
Her voice which everyone heard clearly caused a hush to fall around.
Every heroine held their breath waiting for Gu Xia to answer.
Gu Xia simply nodded his head.
"Yep, he's dead"
Again, a small genuine smile formed on his face.
The heroines became attracted to the handsome face before quickly shaking their heads.
'Now is not the time!'
They all thought at the same time.
"Then... What happens to the novel world?"
Ai Yao asked.
Gu Xia looked over at the loli.
"More protagonists will show up one at a time."
He calmly responded.
"T-Then are you still the v-villain?"
Shu-Ling asked with a hint of hesitation in her voice.
"Unfortunately, yes..."
Gu Xia spoke with an annoyed voice.
"I see... So what does that mean for us? The heroines?"
Yen Ying innocently asked.
Gu Xia thought for a second before responding.
"Well, you'll probably be a love interest for the protagonist to conquer."
