"Beth, you have to give me for information on him" Troye pleaded, bouncing his knee up and down in anticipation.

"I've told you everything I know, and besides, I'm not going to tell you when he's walking over here right now." She whispered, slightly kicking Troye under the table.

"How are things holding up?" The angelic voice that belongs to Connor asked, looking to see if their drinks needed refills. Troye looked up at the beautiful creature and smiled.

"Good, thank you, Connor" Connor then smiled and walked back into the kitchen. Bethany gave Troye an evil grin, trying to hold back her laughter.

"Troye, drink some of that water because you're thirsty for Connor" She laughed, throwing a star in his direction. Troye just rolled his eyes playfully and changed the subject.

"So what exactly is this school like?"

"Well" she started. "it's just like any other high school. I'll give you the basic run down of our grade alone" She smiled and cracked her fingers, ready to tell Troye everything.

After their conversation ended, Connor showed up with their dishes. As he set Troye's dish on the table, Troye couldn't help but notice how amazing it looked. Connor really had a good sense of taste.

__

"Are we going to end the evening with desserts?" Connor asked with a smile.

"No, I think we're all good here, we have to get back to the studio" Bethany said, giving Connor a wide smile.

"Studio? Where do you work?" Now it was Troye's turn to talk. He wanted to impress Connor with his job.

"Chapman records. I'm signed there" He gave Connor a wide smile, hoping he had left some sort of impression on him.

"Oh really? What's your name?" Usually, Troye would be offended by this, but for some reason, he was truly okay with Connor not knowing his identity.

"Troye Mellet, but I go by Troye Sivan." Suddenly, Connor's eyes widened in realization of who Troye was.

"oh my! I know who you are! I'm sorry, you looked familiar, but I'm never caught up on pop-culture now a days. Well, have a good day, Mr. Mellet. Here's your check, you can pay up front" Connor smiled and handed the check book to Troye, who smiled in response and took the book.

After they arrived back to the studio, he was immediately called into, yet another, meeting.

"yes, Jim?" Troye asked annoyed. He was fully aware where this meeting was heading.

"Mellet! Good Job! #troyesgirlfriend is trending worldwide on twitter!" He exclaimed, giving a high-five to the young artist. "now, just to stir up drama, I don't want you guys to go public yet."

"Jim, isn't this kind of mean? I'm lying to my fans, and for what? Publicity?" Troye was still out raged by this entire situation, he hated everything about it.

"yes, now go home and get some sleep, you start school tomorrow at 7AM sharp!" Troye let out a frustrated groan as he left the meeting room.

This entire situation was completely messed up. He didn't want to go to school, because he knew everybody would try to be his friend, which can get annoying. He didn't want to date Bethany because, not only is he lying to his millions of fans, but he's also lying to himself. Jim is pushing Troye further and further into the closet, and nobody understands why.

If Troye came out, he's gain a lot of supporters, he's seen it happen with countless amounts of other people like Elton John, Adam Lambert, hell, even Neil Patrick Harris. Jim's logic made absolutely no sense.

Troye doesn't even know why he's attending the high school in the first place! All Jim had said was 'it's a good idea.' Let's be real here; what part of a famous person attending a fucking school sounds like a fucking good idea?

None. Not a single part of that fucking idea sounds good.

Troye had been lying on his bed, staring at the ceiling, for the past few hours. Attending high school will, without a doubt, be one of the worst things ever. And he was not looking forward to it.

Troye stood outside his new school. He couldn't help but stare at the massiveness of it. Finally, Bethany had managed to snap hi out of his daze and into the school.

"Welcome to hell" She laughed, pulling Troye down the hallway.

"Bethany, they're giving me weird looks" Troye whispered, the nerves starting to build up in his stomach.

"Maybe because there is a new student, wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses, and a large ass coat in the school." She retorted, giving a laugh. "I'm honestly surprised that stupid disguise has worked so far."

"I want to go as long as possible without getting noticed" Troye whispered back, praying nobody was hearing their conversation.

"Good luck with that, T. the dress code here is really strict; the rules specifically say no hats and sunglasses in the classroom, so I don't th-" Bethany was interrupted by a male voice behind them.

"Ms. Mota here is correct" the voice spoke. "No hats or sunglasses, young man" Troye scrunched his eyes, hoping he'd wake up and this would all just be a dream. But it wasn't. The principle was standing right behind Troye, his arms folded and his face serious. "Who are you?"

"i-I'm the new student, Troye Mellet" He stuttered out, hoping the principle would catch on and allow him to keep the disguise on.

"Ah, you're the famous kid staying in our school? Well, famous or not, you're going have to take that disguise off, Mr. Mellet." He sighed, probably realizing that once the disguise was off, all attention of the students wouldn't be focused on academics anymore, rather they'd be on Troye.

Slowly, Troye removed the hat and glasses, giving Bethany a worried look. He was surprised when nobody had completely noticed him yet, so he and Bethany continued to walk down the hall. \

"Troye!" A feminine voice called out. He had jinx himself, because now a handful of students came running after him.

"Run!" Bethany shouted, grabbing Troyes hand and running into the nearest classroom; Mr.Graceffa. As they ran into the classroom, they forcefully shut the door which, thankfully, locks from the outside. Troye's breaths started to quicken as he slide into an empty desk. He had almost completely forgotten of the other people in the class.

"May I help you?" A man voice asked in complete and utter confusion. Troye looked at the teacher, who was talking to a student - whose face Troye couldn't see. He still couldn't speak, for he was out of breath.

"I- Um. Just," He pointed out the door, just to be greeted with girls standing by the window, trying to open the door.

"Oh, you're the new student, Troye?" Mr. Graceffa got up from his desk, walking over to Troye to shake his hand. "I was informed that somebody famous would be joining our school, but I didn't realize you were that famous" The kid who was talking to Mr. Graceffa's head shot up at the mention of the word famous.

Troye immediately recognized the angelic eyes and flat hair; it was Connor from the café.

"Connor?" Troye walked over to the boy sitting down in silence. "Hey, I forgot to thank you for yesterday, you're a great waiter" Connor looked up and smiled at the Australian singer.

"Thank you for the generous tip" Connor chuckled. "Your girlfriend very lucky to have a gentleman like yourself" he laughed , looking over at Bethany.

Troye was, at first, confused, but then caught on. "yeah" he mumbled, knowing damn well he couldn't tell this semi-stranger about the whole publicity plan. "Well, I should get going. Wish me luck out there"

And with that, Troye and Bethany ventured out into the hallway of screaming girls.
