Fridays were always a bliss , last day before a long awaited weekend and the weather was certainly helping too since today was rather colder than usual

But of course i couldn't help but dread upcoming friday as my schedule consisted of ; have coffee, eat , be dragged to a deatheater's meeting, and suffer the whole evening

my first one yet.

I got ready early and decided to strut around for a while before class begins

it's always a gift from god to have this time alone not being followed by anyone or anything, though today i guess it wasn't the case

"I thought we talked about the stalking thing, black" i huffed turning around only to be met with an unfamiliar face

Over the past two month regulus has been a pain to say the least , a total headache supplier and most certainly a drama queen, and it wasn't just the usual glares and ignoring me acts but no it turned to usual bickering and hate comments also

he was acting like a bully as if that brought him so much amusement when in reality i knew he was just a miserable boy who's only solution in life is to make people suffer so i ignored him too at least when he didn't go too far.

"Unfortunately i'm not Regulus" standing before me was a tall black girl who had long braided hair that had loops of earrings wrapped around it

"More like fortunately" i rolled my eyes at the memory of him

"I'm Meadows, Dorcas meadows" she was softspoken carefully examining me with her siren like eyes and a confident smile

one would think i had a bomb on me right at this moment

"I'm Carmen" i said and immediately felt the need to take it back after she gave me a look that signaled 'trust me i know'

"So why did you think i was regulus?" She asked looking abit too amused for my liking

"Oh, he has this stalking issue because apparently he's too much of a coward to actually ask me something" i explained before being interupted by the man himself

"oh and here i thought i wasn't the center of your attention, you really love to prove me wrong don't you? " Came Regulus' taunting voice , hands in pockets , the gentle breeze messing his hair every now and then

Speak of the devil and he shall arrive

"Aw couldn't handle a single day without me" i smiled in mocking him

"would rather handle eternity without you" regulus blurted

"No i-"

"Alright, you both calm down! " Dorcas interupted shooting us weird looks in turns "what's with the stalking thing regulus, we talked about this! You have to socialize" dorcas whisper-yelled at him

"yeah why don't you listen to your mother Reggie" i teased pretending to tame my nails

"shut up mummy issues"
"No, you shut up brother issues"

"Okay that's enough for the both of you" dorcas said embracing the whole mom act

"Anyways, dorcas professor slughorn is looking for you" Regulus informed her shooting me a glare mid talk earning himself a similar reaction from me

"Okay well, i should get going, was a pleasure meeting you Carmen" and within a second dorcas was gone leaving me in a staring contest with my mortal enemy
