"Look at you, you're staring at me as if I murdered your late husband" Regulus scoffed earning a not-so-gentle shove from Carmen as she rolled her eyes in frustration

"Are you gonna teach me how to look now?" the girl shook her head in disbelief, Regulus was being impossible this particular morning drowning her with details and directions on how to act, sit, and talk around him "you do know that you're gonna pretend to be my boyfriend not my master, right?"

"very funny" he nodded mocking her

"why, thank you!" the girl placed her hand on her heart in a joking manner as if she had been affected by his choice of words

"why are you being annoying it's still so early for this" he groaned mentally face palming as he made a note to self: never talk to carmen when she just woke up

"Why are you even talking in the first place?" once again the sleep starved girl rolled her eyes before she added the real reason to her grumpy state "I didn't even have my first cup of coffee"

with a small sigh Regulus realized that there was no other way to deal with this so he gave up and reached to his desk to get the cup of coffee he was hiding.

Immediately the eyes that were shooting daggers seconds ago turned round as she stared at him with adoration "I think I just fell in love" she muttered before taking a huge sip -more like a gulp- out of the round mug letting a relieved smile take place upon her face

"continue" she waved at him, but how was he supposed to take her seriously when half her face was hidden in that huge cup.

"As I was saying" Regulus tried saying but Carmen was distracted again looking around the room in a daze and ofcourse if he asked her she would say nothing so Regulus acted on instinct and tried reading her mind but she quickly closed it off,

for a witch so powerful she surely looked dumb.

"hey!"

"would you at least focus!"

"I'm hungry" she blurted immediately filled with fear that he would have the same reaction as he mother, but Regulus didn't seem mad at all, instead; he let a lazy smile rest on his face as he pulled out a bar of chocolate for her,

Carmen felt as if she would melt right then and there "You know me too well"

Regulus just smiled wider and that was the biggest smile she had seen him wearing, there was something majestic about his smile, his whole face just lit up when he did including his beautiful blue eyes,

he looked so orphic.

The moment was broken when a knock at the door pulled both of them out of their fantasies.

"I know I'm being a cock-blocker but I really need to use the loo right now" came Barty's groan

Regulus quickly opened the door with a roll of his eyes letting the nosy boy in "Good morning" he greeted carmen then slipped into the bathroom as regulus shook his head of his friend's childish manners "fucking moron" he said making a small laugh rise out of carmen leaving her slightly shocked

she never thought she'd be laughing to something Regulus said...

"So, what were you talking about?" Barty said flopping down on his bed that looked messier than ever

"Nothing just a boyfriend and girlfriend kind of conversation" Regulus said expecting a surprised gasp to rise out of barty but the boy only nodded staring at the ceiling, what?

He turned to look at carmen expecting some kind of answer to be written on her face but he found her too staring at the ceiling a hint of a smile on her lips
