Carlos made everything perfect
It had been a while since they had a date night the reason being that their schedules hardly matched up anymore
So Carlos made the most of the circumstances he was dealt he cooked salmon with green beans and he made brownies he got a bottle of sparkling apple juice .. Tk's favorite
So when Tk came in Tk a candlelit dinner he couldn't help but smile
"Hello, husband ." Carlos smiled from the kitchen taking off his apron "What's all this ?" Tk laughed
Carlos thought Tk's laugh was the cutest thing in. The world how his face scrunched up how big his smile was
"Our date night ." Carlos smiled " I know you've been bummed out since our schedules haven't been aligning but I figured since we both don't go into later tomorrow we could have some dinner and watch a movie to cheer you up ." Carlos said, "You did all this for me ?" Tk asked looking at Carlos
"Gotta keep the romance alive ." Carlos teased "Shut the hell up, you dork ." Tk laughed "Go get changed dinners almost done ." Carlos said
When Tk came down he was in some sweats and a hoodie that was not his "How long do you intend on stealing my clothes ." Carlos teased "Until I die ." Tk smiled
The two talked about their days all the crazy calls that had happened and how Mateo challenge buttercup to eating a bowl of dog chow long story short buttercup won
After dinner the pair cuddled up on the couch together watching is it cake on Netflix "Thank you for this - I didn't realize how much I needed this ."Tk said softly leaning into Carlos's touch
"Maybe we could do this one a week ." Carlos said, "Make it a weekly tradition." Carlos said running his fingers through Tk's hair
" I think you'd get sick of me by then ." Tk smiled up at Carlos "Never." Carlos said
After two episodes Tk was passed out in Carlos's arms Carlos carefully carried him up to their room before putting Tk to bed with a kiss on his head "Night my love ." Carlos said tucking Tk in
