Prompt - Tk struggles with eating

Trigger warning eating disorder

"I'm not hungry ."
             "I ate earlier ."
                       "I'm tired I'm just gonna go to bed ."    
                   "Save it for me later ."
             "I'm not feeling that good
"We were super busy babe I didn't get a chance to touch it ."

All of many excuses Tk used to get out of eating one of the  first things Carlos noticed about Tk  when they started dating was that Tk never ate when he was upset but now being married to him for almost a year and living with him for 2  he noticed that Tk didn't eat much if at all

But he wasn't the only one who noticed the team did to he never ate anything Paul cooked if he did it was rarely but they always assumed that he ate at home

Carlos made pancakes one morning and when Tk came down from the shower from his "run ." Which was something new he started doing
And at the crack of fucking dawn which was very unlike him

" I made your favorite blueberry pancake's." Carlos said pulling Tk into a hug Tk peaked over carlos's shoulder seeing the 3 stacked pancakes with syrup and fruit on top he couldn't eat that

"Thank you really your the best.." Tk smiled before sitting down when Carlos turned around he made the ringer go off on his phone

"Its Nancy." Tk said as Carlos watched " okay I'll be there ." Tk said talking to nobody " emergency understaffed at the house babe ." Tk said getting up going over to kiss Carlos's  cheek "they can't get anyone else babe you need to eat ." Carlos protested " I'm sorry wrap it up for me ?"  Tk asked before ecarlos coukd even respond tk was out the door

Lunch came and went tk never ate anything paul made tacos but tk made up some excuse saying he was tired and was gonna go chill in the bunk room

"Tk dosent like your food anymore paul ." Mateo joked after tk went up to the bunk room as he took a bite of his shirmp taco " guess i wouldnt either if i had a hot sexy officer who fed me all the time ." Mateo said as nancy wippimg the sauce off the corner of his lip " i dont think hes even eating any of it he brings a lunch but dosent touch it and if he does its going to buttercup ." Nancy pointed out

"Atleast buttercups eating good ." Judd joked
"Seriously am i the only one who notices that he looks thinner ?" Nancy said " who ?" Owen questioned walking in from the kitchen " nobody." Nancy said

"Dont be coy if it is an issue cap auta know bout it ." Judd said looking at nancy

" tk .." nancy admitted " he just - i dont think hes eating i mean i see his ingest coffee after coffee but no food."

"He looks a little thinner but carlos ssid he's on this 6 am running kick or something." Owen said "look were not gonna jump to conclusions just lets keep our eyes on him if it becomes something for concern then we act ." Owen said putting a taco on a plate

He wandered up to the bunk room where tk sat on the phone with carlos " just make durr you est okay baby you didnt eat breakfast ." Owen heard carlos say over the speaker " i will paul made tacos im gonna grab one when we hang ups." Tk said

"Love you husband ." Carlos said

"Love you ." Tk smiled

"You gotta keep your word ." Owen ssid coming in givung tk his taco " oh thanks - thanks dad ."
Tk said lookimg down at the food " take a bite the chef wants to know it is ." Owen said

Tk hesitantly took a bite " its really good ."

"Hey dad could yoh get me a water bottle ?" Tk asked " yeah son ." Owen smiled once owen turneed rhe corner tk threw the taco in the bin spitting out what he had chewed

" here you go." Owen said looking at the empty plate " sorry i was hungry ." Tk smiled washing his mouth out

Owen chuckled before taking his plate

"Crisis averted he ate ." Owen said putting tks dish in the sink

Later that night tk came home and carlos wasnt home yet so he used the oportunitty to get rid of hus pancakes he cut them up and threw it in the tradh covering it with some stuff when he heard keys

He quickly sat at the island with his dirty plate and pretended to be eating "hey baby boy ." Carlos said as tk wrapped his arms around carlos " the pancakes were delicous as usual ." Tk hummed

Carlos looked at the counter no sryup not even a fork " did you like the mix of bannana and blueberrys ?" Carlos asked " yeah it was great babe ." Tk said

" you didnt even eat it ." Carlos said taking tks plate "there was no bannana ." Carlos huffed " i did eat it i just didnt want to make you upset since i didnt taste bannana ." Tk said as carlos got a glove on " what are you doing -."

"Showing youthat you have a problem ." Carlos said pointing out the pancakes in the trash

"Why tk ?" Carlos said " i dont know ." Tk said as his eyes became glossy

"Im sorry ." Tk said grabbing his coat "im gonna go to my dads tonight ." Tk said kissing carlos's cheek . Tk made his way to his dads house but was suprised when mateo opened the door shirtless "hey tk whats up ?" Mateos said " my dad here ?" Tk asked "no i think hes with some chick ." Mateo said before nancy came to the door in a robe " babe you are taking to ling whos here?" Nancy said before meetimg tk the door

" tk hey ." Nancy said " you okay ?" Nancy asked " yeah im gonna go sorry." Tk said

Somehow he ended up sleeping on a swing at a playground

He messaged Carlos on his way to work

Tk- Sorry for everything x

He went to the station in the morning heading up to the bunk room where he saw carlos " your here ." Tk said looking at carlos " i needed to check on you .." carlos said standing up caressing tks face " where did you sleep you dad said you didnt stay over ."  Carlos said kissong tks forhead

"Does it matter ? You gonna freak ." Tk hummed looking into carlos's concerned  eyes
"Tk where were you ?" Carlos asked "i fell asleep on a swing at the park ." Tk said turning away from carlos

"Tk you didn't have to leave to begin with Tk I wasn't mad at you. And even if i was you never have to leave ." Carlos said softly

"I'm fine seriously ." Tk said with a small chuckle  then the bell went off  " i gotta go ." Tk said kissing Carlos " i want you home tonight  bed was cold last night ." Carlos said " yes officer ." Tk said messing up Carlos's hair " i like it better this way ." Tk smirked

When Tk got home from his shift later that night  he came up  Carlos was in the shower so Tk took the chance to get changed and in bed Carlos came out in some sweats with his shirt in hand " thought i heard you come in ." Carlos smiled as he towel dried his hair " you could have joined ." Carlos says tossing his towel in the hamper before getting in bed " i know i just - im tired ." Tk said sinking in bed " Tk we have to talk about it .."  Carlos said " i know ."

"We're gonna get you help ." Carlos said
