Carlos walks into the loft seeing Tk hovering over Lou 2's cage he knew Tk knew what he had almost done -
"Hey ." Tk said softly "Hey." Carlos replied softly "Did you talk to your dad ?" Carlos asked Tk sighed before taking a deep breath " Do you mean did I rat you out .. or did he call me as soon as you left his place ." Tk said looking at Carlos
Carlos stepped forward "You didn't rat me out ." Carlos said softly "You kept me from making the biggest mistake of my life ." Carlos said holding tks hands
"Baby Why didn't you just call me I could have got someone to cover my shift," Tk said looking up ad Carlos's brown eyes they hadn't looked the same ever since Gabriel passed they were dull and empty not the same eyes that lit up Carlos's face
" I didn't want you to do that -" Carlos said softly "You look exhausted.." Tk said tracing Carlos's cheek "Ty mm I'm fine ." Carlos said, "You've had a long day please let me help." Tk said softly "Please don'shut me out again ." Tk said liking into Carlos's arm
It had been a day for both of them Carlos knew how much Tk wanted to help and though he didn't want Tk to do anything for him after today he didn't deserve anything
He didn't deserve Tk
"Yeah okay," Carlos said taking tks hand
Tk ran a bath for Carlos and sat on the edge of the bed "Why didn't you come with your dad ?" Carlos questioned to paused for a moment his hands stopping in Carlos's hair "Because I knew that you wouldn't want me to see you like that ." tk said softly continuing the softly run his hands through Carlos's curls
"I knew If I relapsed I wouldn't want you to see me like that.." Tk said as Carlos turned to look at Tk "im sorry about everything ." Carlos said softly holding tks hand in his "You have nothing to be sorry about."
