45. The Alley

One night, as the group was preparing for their next big project, Sebastian decided to take a walk to clear his mind. Unaware of the danger lurking in the shadows, he found himself in a dimly lit alley, where he was suddenly ambushed by a group of assailants. They targeted him, seeing him as an easy target, and subjected him to a brutal beating.

Late at night, Sebastian limped back home with a bloody nose, bruises all over his body, and a heart filled with fear and pain. As he stumbled through the front door, the sight of his battered state sent shockwaves through the members. Oliver's eyes widened in horror, and he rushed to his brother's side, wrapping his arms around him protectively.

"What happened, Seb? Who did this to you?" Oliver's voice trembled with concern as he tried to assess the damage.

Sebastian managed a weak smile, his voice hoarse, "I-I'll be okay, Oli. Just some trouble in the alley, that's all."

But the rest of the members weren't about to let it slide.

Throughout the night, the members took turns caring for Sebastian, applying ice packs, and offering him words of comfort. Oliver never left his brother's side, holding his hand tightly, the worry etched on his face.

As Kane gently applied the ice to Sebastian's bruised cheek, Oliver held his brother's hand, sitting by his side on the couch. Sebastian's eyes were heavy, and the pain medication he had taken was finally starting to take effect. As the minutes passed, Sebastian's grip on Oliver's hand loosened, and he drifted off to sleep.

"He's going to be alright, isn't he?" Kane asked softly, looking up at Oliver with concern in his eyes.

Oliver gave a reassuring nod, though his worry was still evident. "Yeah, he'll be okay. It's just going to take some time for him to heal, both physically and emotionally. But we'll be here for him every step of the way."

As Sebastian slept peacefully, the rest of the members decided to stay close by, taking turns to keep an eye on him throughout the night. They pulled out some blankets and made a makeshift bed on the floor near the couch, not wanting to leave Sebastian's side for even a moment.

Oliver was especially adamant about staying with his brother, and he settled down in a chair beside the couch, holding Seb's hand once more. He leaned back, a small smile forming on his face as he watched Sebastian sleep.

As the night wore on, Sebastian slept peacefully, his breathing steady and calm. The members stayed close, discussing plans to increase security and ensure their safety in the future. But they also talked about the good times they had shared and the many more they would create together.

With the first light of dawn, Sebastian stirred, slowly waking up. He was surprised to find everyone around him, looking out for him. A warm smile spread across his face as he realized how much his NSB family cared for him.

"You guys stayed with me all night?" Sebastian asked, touched by their dedication.

Oliver squeezed his brother's hand affectionately. "Of course, Seb. We're family, and we stick together no matter what."

Sebastian's heart swelled with love for his friends, his brothers.
