Y/n's POV:

Ah, good old Gotham. 

It feels like it's been forever since I've stepped foot here but yet it looks as if nothing has changed one bit. Dreary weather, abandoned buildings, pitch black alleyways, all the same as before. But maybe it wasn't the best idea to walk through the city at night. 

Especially when my undercover mission got blown & I barely escaped; but it came with a cost. The organization I was to take down took my 'powers' so I'm basically halfway to meeting the grim reaper himself.

They somehow managed to extract the amazonian strength, flight, etc & I feel like if I end up in a fight...I'm done for. Dick always told me that whenever I visit Gotham, I must never go out at night but here I am! 

Flashback:

The sun slowly begins to set & glimmers on the Titan tower's glass windows, lighting up the area instantly. I smile at the colors being displayed in the sky before hearing faint footsteps walk over on the pavement. 

"Whatcha need Rob?" I call out, still keeping my back turned.

"Nothing," He says, sitting next to me, "just wanted to see what you were doing up on the roof." 

"Just enjoying the view," I say, closing my eyes as a gust of cool winds blows through. 

Dick sits their next to me for a minute before glancing over to me & sighs.

"You know, you would love the view of Gotham from the top of Wayne Enterprises."

I glance at him with a skeptical look before chuckling softly. I reach my hand over quickly & ruffle his hair but his hand swats my own away. 

"I know, you've told me a thousand times from your stories of your amazing adventures as Batman's sidekick," I giggle.

"But ne-"

"Never go outside in Gotham at night, I know. You've made that very clear since the beginning of our friendship Rob."

He sighs in response but pulls me into a hug soon after. He mumbles into my shoulder but I can't make out what he said. 

END OF FLASHBACK

Oh my gosh he's going to kill me if he knows I'm here at night! I try to look around for the fastest route to the manor but I'm too deep into the city to find a way so Wayne enterprises it is. I glance down at my cracked watch to see it's midnight, just what I need in life right now. Looking around the dimly lit street I walk down to the nearest intersection to try & get an idea of where I am. 

Before I could take one more step to the intersection I hand grabs my arm while another wraps around my mouth, dragging me into an abandoned alleyway. 

All my worst fears have come true....CURSE YOU UNIVERSE! YOU SUCK!

After mentally cursing the universe along with some other colorful words not mentioned, I get pinned against the almost crumbling brick wall. Just my fluffin luck. 

I glare at the man in front of me but he doesn't seem to care, they never do though; always too drunk to care about anything. 

"We got ourselves a feisty one boys!" He chuckles, his breath reeking of alcohol.
