"Tony, it's good to see you. How's Ziva and Tali?" Mcgee asked while hugging his brother tightly while bishop looked distracted and slightly out of it
"They're great, Tali and ziva are having a mother-daughter weekend, while I'm here to visit senior."
"McGee, Gibbs needs you in interrogation" Kasie spoke before seeing the unfamiliar face "Kasie Hines, Forensic technologist." She held her hand out shaking Tony's before he spoke
"Very special agent Anthony DiNozzo"
"Nice to meet you Anthony"
"Tony, people call me tony"
"We'll it's nice to meet you tony"
"You too Kasie"
McGee and Kasie left the bullpen, while tony made his way over to Ellie's desk
"What's going on in that head of yours El"
"It's nothing Tony" he gave her an unconvinced look "really Tony I'm fine"
"You're not fine, Ellie. What's going on with you?" She looked around at the empty room before speaking again
"I'm thinking of leaving NCIS"
"Why" he asked in a confused tone, knowing this was Ellie's dream job. She hesitated for a moment before going into a further explanation
"I've been training with odette for months now, she's offered a chance to do an undercover OP"
He took a moment to gather his thoughts before giving his little sister some advice.
"Bishop, I know you probably haven't talked with anyone else about this opportunity" she nodded as he continued on "I know you probably think this is the best next step for your career. But I also know that you have to much here to leave behind for some undercover op." He remembered ziva telling him about the close relationship between his little sister and her partner Nick Torres. "Are you really willing to give up your family and friends and potiental love for an op"
He kissed her head,while his phone rang in the background with seniors picture popping up
"Just think about it" he left to answer his phone leaving bishop with more questions than answers
