- N A O M I -

Dismissing the meeting I just concluded, I pack up the towels and other items I used for today's sessions in a wash bag.

Taking them from my hold, Liyah gathers them to bring to her car.

"I'll be back" she tells me before walking out.

Wiping down the surfaces, I smile to myself. Feeling a sense of satisfaction regarding the business.

Initially I had a slight doubt that things would start up slow due to the type of servi. But I'm happy to say it's picking up speed and the clients are rolling in.

Aye a baay dolly deh a Jamaica enuh! How it take me suh long fi move me service out here?

So far my clients have been a mixture of upper Saint Andrew baddies and the dolly dem who nuh have it but ago make sure maintain themselves regardless.

*Cough, Cough* like Steph.

Anyways! I love this for my lady's anyhow. Nothing but proudness fi know seh I can offer top service for each and every one of them.

Speaking of. As a clean heart and independent woman advocate, I took it upon myself and hired Steph as my receptionist.

The upper Saint Andrewnians dem is not pleased.

Tuh!

Let's just say I have my work cut out for me. Regardless, she brings a vibe to the workspace. So as long as business still a move and she a get work done, I not complaining.

"Dem doe bad dem talkin' it in vain" comes Steph signing Masicka's song Update.

She nah rest di man enuh.

I shake my head remembering the conversation from earlier today.

"Yuh fi gwaan betta" I tell her.

"Meeee?" She's acting oblivious.

"No mee! Why yah make mockery a di man fah? A wah, funeral yuh did ah anticipate fi plan?"

She laughs out.

She's ridiculing Chigga because he fled the scene when everything erupted that night.
