I'm out here in the woods near the campfire, cuddling with Isla who has her head on my shoulder as I write in my journal. Camping was a lot of fun so far and it's the first day of spring too? Even better! I enjoyed my day, especially with Isla. We all went hiking, we set out camp and we sang songs near the campfire and we had marshmallows!! MmMmMmm....and now I've got a song in my head as I'm thinking about Isla. No, it's not "Smooth Criminal" though that song is still repeating in my head, but song has got in my mind now. And I actually sang this song to Isla who admired my singing.
So, I'm going to go ahead and put on my pajamas on and soon get ready for bed. Yeah, I want to get some extra sleep and be ready for tomorrow as we're going to stay another day out in the woods and this time, we're going to go further through the hiking. Night-night!
