1 year later:
Its been a year and not a day goes by that I don't think about Mia. Most nights I can't sleep and others I cry myself to sleep but with the support of my friends and family things are getting better.
As I stood by her grave I layed down fresh flowers like I always do every week.
"You know you always said it was me who saved your life but really it was you who saved mine." I said. "I love you Mia Marie Rogers, and I will never forget you."
As I drove home I smiled thinking of all the good memories we had together.
I thought it was crazy that one person's could change your life so much, or how 2 people could change each others. Mia changed my life and made me the happiest person on Earth, I did the same for her we needed each other. We experienced life in a happier way together, and for that I am grateful.
