Finally, California (O2L Fanfic)

I haven't seen Kylie all day. Where the hell is she?

After our fight yesterday she hasn't come back. I decided to go in a run to get my mind off things.

(20 minutes later)

When I came back to out apartment Ricky and I decided to get, I hopped right into the shower.

After about 2 minutes, I hear our front door open from the shower. "Ricky?" I yelled. No answer. "Ricky?!" Still no answer. I quickly finished my shower, wrapped a towel around my waist, and went cautiously out into the living room.

There was no one there, but there was something on the table. I walked over and picked it up, it was a note.

I opened it and it said 'To show I love you, follow these clues to help you find your way. The first clue is some where you can get the coffee you love. Once there order your favorite drink (it's on me) and say chocolate and they'll give you the next clue'.

I quickly got dressed, and started thinking of where I get my coffee.

"Starbucks!" I say to myself.

(*Kylie's Prov*)

I woke up around 9 to go to the grocery store.

While I was about to check out, I got a text from Andrea.

(Andrea)

I put the note in his apartment.

(Kylie)

Ok, Thank you so much!

(Andrea)

Sure!

I put my phone away and looked up. I saw there was one more person in front of me to check out, and she had 2 CHARTS FULL OF GROCERIES!! I looked around, no other register is open. This better go quick.


(*Carly's Prov*)

Andrea gave the note to Connor about 10 minutes ago.

While I'm at Starbucks, I finally see Connor walk in.

He walks up to the register, orders his drink, then I see the cashier give him a note. He takes it and leaves.

(Carly)

Connor just left Starbucks!

(Kylie)

Thanks! I just have to check out.

(*Kylie's Prov*)

This lady seriously needs to hurry up! Like are you preparing for the world to end! No one needs that many groceries!

"Excuse me, can you open another register?" I yell to the cashier checking out the lady's groceries.

"I don't know, can I?" The man spoke. I looked up again only to see the Ryan was the cashier.

"RYAN!? You work here?" I asked, receiving looks from everyone.

"Yeah for about a week now!" He calls back, still bagging groceries. "Well?"

"Well what?" He answers.
"Can you open another register?" I asked once more.

"Sure, but it'll cost ya!" He says, then winks.

Winks? Um, what ever that was for, I don't know. Does he remember the other night!?

Ryan calls the manager over and they start talking and the manager finally opens a register. And thankfully I'm first.

(*Connor's Prov*)

"4th register to the left." I say reading the note to myself. I go to the register, grab the note, and read it.

Have to go to the car again.

(*Andrea's Prov*)

" Connor just left target." I texted Kylie.

(Kylie)

Ok thanks, I'm heading home now. Thanks Russett it means a lot! ❤

Then I decided to text Kian.

(Andrea)

Hey Kiki wanna help me stalk Connor? I'll explain then.

(Kian)

Sure! Anything to stalk Connor. ;)

(Andrea)

(*Kylie's Prov*)

I finally got home! And I have only like 30 minutes!

(Kylie)

You need to distract Connor! I only got home now. I need more time to cook.

(Andrea)

No sorry she's with Kiki! ;)

(*Connor's Prov*)

The next clue had a macaroon, so I instantly thought Lemonade.

I headed over and found a note on the door. "Make your own Macaroon! :)"

I headed in a saw no one else was there besides the workers.

"Hello, Welcome! Come make your own macaroon flavor." The main chef said to me.

"Ok, how about cookie, and a Strawberry Crème Frappuccino?"

"We can do that! Come behind and you can help." They answer back. This was going to be fun.

(30 minutes later)

Instead of just making two and made a dozen.

I made a Cookie flavor, Strawberry Crème Frap, Pink Lemonade, Oero, Cookies & Cream, Sugar Cookie, Dragon Fruit, Daisy, Peanut Butter, Hot Fudge Sundae, and Mango.

Yes I'm fat, Haters back off!

(A/N: Connor is not fat, but he does eat like he is.)

Now I have to go to the place where I first kissed where I kissed this girl. I already know who it is. So let's go to Kylie's.

While I was heading to my car I was stopped by Kian and Andrea.

"Hey Con Da Bon!" Kian yelled.

"Hey Kean The Bean!" I say back.

"So, What's up!" Andrea adds.

"Umm just on this scavenger hunt. Now heading to Kylie's." I say.

"How do you know it's her?" Andrea asks trying to hide a smile.

"Cause I know!" I say laughing.

"Whatever!" She says.

Then I try to go around them to get to my car but Kian gets in my way again.

"Sorry, you can't go yet." He says smiling.

"Umm, why?"

"Uhh, cause we just saw you. Let's talk!"

"Kylie needs time doesn't she?" I ask.

"Maybe, maybe not." He answers.

Then Andrea's phone went off. She looks at the text and show Kian.

"Well it was nice talking to you! See you later Connor!" Andrea yells while running off with Kian.

I guess she's ready...

(Kian's Prov)

"Ok, I think we totally nailed that!" I say to Andrea.

Then she punches my arm. "Ow! That kinda hurt!" I say smiling.

"Good job, you gave it away!" She says.

I grab her by the waist a pull her close.

"Who cares?" I say smiling at her.

She closes the gap between us, with her lips on mine.

(*Kylie's Prov*)

Ok, everything is ready.

•The Lasagna- Check!
•Salad- Check!
•Garlic Bread- Check!
•Drinks- Check!

And the table is set.

As I was finishing making sure everything is ready, the doorbell rings.

I walk over, open the door, and see that amazing smile.

"I'm sorry." I say.

I back up to let him in. We head to the dining room, where we are greeted by food.

He sets the bag of macaroons down and turns to me.

"No, I'm sorry."

Then he grabs my waist, as I put my arms around his neck. He kisses me long and passionate.

This was definitely worth it.

We break from the kiss and go to eat.

Through out the whole night, we laugh and just carry on. It was absolutely amazing.

After dinner I go and change into some sweats and a V-neck over sized shirt, and we watch a movie.

I let Connor pick out the movie which just happened to be Insidious.

I didn't even watch it. The whole time my face was hidden in his chest

"I love you." I finally say.

I have said to him before. But this time, this is were it counted. Even after all the fights, and the yelling I could never leave him.

I would never give him up for the world.

He walks over and cups my face.

"I will always love you."
