9:00 am

Juneau blinked.

Then suddenly everything changed.

Her house was no longer a house.

It was a small collection of rubble and bricks and dirt and stones.

The only remaining reminisce was the bonsai tree.

Which ironically laid snapped in half and uprooted from the destroyed ground.

Juneau fell to her knees.

It was all gone.

The street was an incomplete mess of fresh and new jigsaw puzzle pieces.

The puzzle piece set was indeed extremely hard as they weren't color coordinated and their sides were incredibly jagged.

Some pieces were as small as Juneau herself, others much, much larger.

Only the great ogamisama could solve this.

But... was there really such a being?

After her recent discoveries...

Was reality even reality?

She couldn't believe this disaster.

Everything had been obliterated.

A few feet away, a large crack revealed darkness.

Juneau knew that there was much more than just depressing darkness, though.

"Juneau!"

Juneau knew her voice.

She knew his voice.

He knew theirs.

They knew each other's.

...

She wanted their warmth.

She, she...

She wanted to be happy again.

So she looked up to them.

She looked to a short and small pink haired Woozi hopping inhumanly over jigsaw puzzle pieces.

She watched as April clambered over the pieces dangerously.

Her mom...

Tears of relief began to run down Juneau's cheeks.

Her mom had made it out in time.

Everyone else followed behind, panting and scraped.

She looked to her injured self.

And couldn't help but again sense the pain from her bottom.

But it didn't matter.

"Juneau!" Cassandra and Adaleine cried. Tears ran down their faces.

Tears ran down April's and her mother's faces, too.

Juneau smiled.

She smiled because

she'd

been

wrong.

The happiness had never left her in the first place.

It still lived with her.

"I..." Juneau croaked.

Everyone's ears perked.

"I love you all so much," Juneau's smile widened and tears slid between her laugh wrinkles and in and out of her dimples.

"I love you all, so, so much."

"That includes me, right?"

Juneau didn't have the energy to panic.

She instead, too, smiled as Daniel stood before her.

He held out a hand to help her up and she took it naturally.

"Everyone's been waiting..."
