Today is my concert in Nola. I'm quite happy for tonight.
Manager- You ready?
Me- Aren't I always? *Chuckles*
My manager smiled and patted my back.
Manager- Good Luck tonight.
Me- Thank you.
Blue- Mommy, mommy.
Me- Hi my BlueBlue.
I smiled down at Blue whom was looking up at me.
Blue- Good Luck!
Me- Aw, thanks my baby.
I bent down and gave my Blue a tight squeeze and a kiss on the cheek.
Me- Mommy loves you forever.
Blue- I love you too mama.
I stood up and grabbed Blue's hand. We walked out the dressing room together.
Me- Where's daddy?
Aug- Rite hea.
Blue and I turned around. I held my head down.
Blue- Hey daddy. *Smiles*
Aug- Hey babey.
Blue smiled and looked between the both of us. I was still holding my head down.
Me- Hey Blue, go to my assistant ok? So she can put your headphones on.
Blue- Alright mommy. ByeBye.
Us- Bye. *Waves*
When Blue rounded the corner August and I started walking to the stage. We were so far apart.
Aug- So,.... Ya nervous.
Me- A little..
Aug- Well,.. Ya can jus look out in da crowd at Blue and I. *Smiles*
I looked down blushing. Why am I so nervous and shy around August.
Me- *Whispers* That's even worse.
Manager- We are ready.
I nodded.
August scratched the back of his head.
Aug- Uh. I betta get ta my seat.
I looked up and nodded.
Aug- Um. I-i.
Looks like he is even more nervous and shy.
August sighed and gave me a quick hug and a kiss on the cheek. He pulled away and walked away.
I watched him walk away. My manager handed me my mic and I tried to suck my teeth to stop my smile from creeping up.
I walked onstage and all I saw were lights.
Me- New Orleans.
Crowd- *Screens*
I smiled to myself and started. The whole show I didn't see Blue in the crowd.
After the show I walked backstage and dabbed my face with a towel.
Manager- What a great show!
Me-*Smiles* Thank you.
I looked at my assistant.
Me- Where's Blue?
Assistant- I thought August had her?
I rushed to find August.
Aug- Good J-GCO.
Me- Where's Blue?!
Aug- I thought ya had hea!
My world stopped. I almost fainted. August had to catch me.
Me-*Whispers* They took her. They took my baby! *Cries*
