Since Ferris's mom died after giving birth to him, Rara and Spotlight met his dad Hank instead. He's glad to see his son with such a nice family. He can't thank them enough. He knows his son is going to be perfectly happy with them. He says goodbye and hugs his son before they leave. He's not going to see his son anymore now that he's been officially adopted.
