(Vincent's P.O.V)

"Emily...maybe we should..break up." My voice was shaky and I started crying again

The second i said it i completely regretted it. Emily's expression was un readable.

"No...No.. I didn't mean that..I just.." I started stuttering

"Maybe..we should. Its the only way, i know how much this is hurting you as well and i hate it and i know you feel the same. I love you so much and that's not going to change at all. " She said with tears forming in her eyes

"Are you sure about this, i don't want to lose you."

"I don't want to lose you either and were not going to, were just not going to be boyfriend and girlfriend anymore just best friends."

"Okay, I don't like this but its for the best."

"Yeah, but can we be broken up when you leave because i don't want it to end just yet." She said snuggling to my side

"Yeah" I laid down and she laid next to me, laying her head on my chest.

"Ill love you forever no matter what till the day i die." I said after a few moments of silence

"I know, so will i." She replied smiling

(Emily's P.O.V)

Vincent had to leave eventually and i felt so bad making him think that we were broken up. But i had to do it, its all apart of the plan and the last part will be happening in school tomorrow.

(The next morning)

I woke up really late so I practically was running out the door. I was in my car just thinking about what was about to go down when i got to school.

I finally pulled up in front of the building and walked to the doors not bothering to look for Vincent. I had to do this by myself or it wouldn't be believable. I spotted Sarah in front of her locker and i walked over trying to refrain from smiling.

"Hey Sarah" I said in the most serious voice possible

"Hey, Emily so i heard that you and Vincent broke up."She looked disgusted to see me but happy about the news

"That's actually what i wanted to talk to you about . I don't know how but your watching me and Vincent. Both my parents and Vincent's parents are lawyers if you don't stop i will sue you for stalking, violation of privacy and trespassing on private property. " I threatened

She looked ready to rip my head off but she knew that i was just as capable as she was.

"Okay fine just don't sue."She snapped her fingers and 2 skinny nerds with cameras came out of the lockers. She most likely payed them, Shes probably rich enough to clone someone.

After my conversation with Sarah I found Vincent not telling him anything. We just went the rest of the day as normal. I just couldn't wait to get home and tell him everything.

(Vincent's P.O.V)

Emily was acting crazy suspicious and she was smiling all day. I asked her why but she said she would explain everything when we got to her house. Surprisingly Sarah and her gang stopped targeting us. I guess that they really were following us around. The bell rang, it snapped me out of my thoughts. I actually forgot that I was in class. I left the class with Emily close behind me. We got in my car and were on our way out the parking lot. The ride was actually more talkative then I expected. I was expecting it to be quiet. We pulled into her drive way, got our things and walked through the door.

The second I put my things down I felt Emily jump on me. She wrapped her legs around my waist and started kissing my lips. I kissed her back but I was so confused as to what she was doing. Aren't we supposed to be broken up? I don't think that best friends are supposed to kiss like this. She pulled her lips off of mine but she was still holding on to me. I bought her over to the couch and sat her down. I gave her a confused look and she started explaining everything.

"Okay so once I figured out that some how they were following us I knew that I had to get you to suggest that we break up. I would agree and since Sarah would be able to hear us she would think that we actually did. Today in school I threatened to sue her if she didn't stop following us. I was going to tell you but then it wouldn't be as believable." It sounded completely insane but it worked

"2 questions, 1-can you even sue her?"

"I don't know but shes stupid enough to believe it either way." Its true

"2- was...was..um..you cutting..part of the plan" The smile disappeared from her face

"No, actually I was going to get you to suggest we break up another way. But it was just on that day it got so stressful...that ..I felt I had no choice." I could tell she was choked up. I grabbed her by the waist and pulled her on my lap. She placed her head against mine

"Just promise that you wont ever do it again. I don't ever want you to have a reason to do that. If you do feel like you have a reason then just come to me."

"I promise I wont ever do it again and I know what your thinking. Yes, that was my first time cutting."

"You know me so well." I trapped her in my arms and kissed her for as long as I possibly could.
