Apologize

CATHERINE AKIYAMA'S POV

"How are you?" Kurosaka sits next to me in my bed. "Why did he leave? I phoned him before, he was worrying so much, why did he leave you alone?" Then he gives me a glass of water that he brought.

I sighed, "I.. I deserve it".

"Tell me".

"Our last date, which was last week.. you know I was coming home with tears, but he comforted me, I was crying because.. because either felt guilty and felt.. shocked".

"Why?"

"He yelled at me it-"

"What?" He cuts me off. "He yelled at you? How dare!"

"No Hiroshi.. I screwed up.. it supposed to be our night out.. but I spoted Tzukaza, we talked, we.. flirted to each other while he.. he was ignored."
"We exchanged phone number and everything, you know.. he was angry, he even left the caffe in bad mood," I am still sobbing. "At the car.. I was the one who started the arguments.. he blew up, he yelled at me, it made me cry".
"He comforted me when we are here, he asked me to having another date, it supposed to be today".
"But then at Tuesday, Tzukaza phoned me, asked me for ice cream treat, and.. I.. I have to apologize you that.. that I was leaving with Tzukaza without telling you, Hiroshi".

"Continue the story, I will scold you later," he is angry, his tone and expression turned cold. Kento is angry, this baka Hiroshi Kurosaka is angry.. everyone that I love is angry with me.

"I left at 3, I thought it won't be long then I can prepared my night out with Kento after, but when it is 5PM, I thought he will sent me home, instead he asked me to come to his home.."
"We talked for hours there.. and.. and he seduced me."

"Flirtateous jerk," Kurosaka comments.

"That was when I got uncomfortable, I opened my phone and found like thousands missed call from you and Kento, then I looked at the time, it was nearly 9PM, I panicked, I forgot my date with Kento.."

"Stupid," he comments again.

"I rushed go there, Kento said he was still there, he said he was worried, I told him that I was on date with Tzukaza, and yes.. I found him.. but he wasn't looked worried anymore.. his eyes, his voice, his expression was all cold," I start to cry as I remember how cold was Kento, it felt like a nightmare.
"I was hoping he would give his cute smile, ridiculous right?" I laugh at my self.

"Yes, you are ridiculous, seeing a new person without telling me, and forgetting your date and still hoping a nice smile, or hug maybe?"

I burst into tears when I hear Kurosaka, "I.. I am sorry".

"I don't need your sorry, Yamazaki Kento does".

"What should I do..?"

"Think, are you being stupid all of sudden?" He stands up. "That jerk ass have to meet me, if I say you can't seeing him anymore, it mean you can't," he starts walking. "If you still seeing him after I say no, I am not gonna comforting you if you get hurt or hearing your story about him, not at all, and I don't want to take you on date with him, go by yourself".

I cry with myself. Seeing the fact that cold Hiroshi Kurosaka turned even colder and my lovely Yamazaki Kento turned cold, it crashed my heart and break it into million pieces.

What should I do?

(The next day)

"Is Kento at home?" I talk to one of his maid. I am currently standing in front of his house.

"He is, please come in," she let me in and close the door behind me. "I'll get him, please wait and sit here," she lead me to the living room then leave.

I don't have to wait longer to see Kento shows up. His expression is still cold, he is not even giving me a smile.

"What do you want?" His cold tone goes straight into my heart.

"I.. I want to apologize," I am not dare enough to look at him, I look at my feet and bitting my lips to prevent it from trembling.

"I said there is nothing to apologize".

"But.."

"But what?"

"I.. I made you being cold".

"You have a new lover, why should I be nice anymore? You don't even remember about our night out, your lover will be jealous if I keep being nice".

"No.. it is not like that," my tears start to falling down my cheek. "He is not my lover".

"Not either me".

"I am sorry Kento," I talk between my tears. "If.. if this our last conversation before you hate me and won't see me anymore.. I.. I just want to say that I'm happy, I'm happy when you are arround, I am happy to be with you," I burst into tear when I say that words. It hurt me to imagine that I will never see Kento anymore.

He remains silent. Then he walks near me, he stands right in front of me. I dare my self to look at him.

His expression still cold, but he look at me in my eyes, my teary eyes. He take one step to be very close with me, I can see his hands forming a fist.

"I can't stand to not doing anything if I see you cry," he hugs me.

He hugs me.

I cry even worse, burrying my face in his shoulder, hugging him like there is no more hug from him. He rubs my back, relieving my ache, healing my broken heart. He kiss my forehead, then my lips. He kiss me hard, like a two lover that will never see the other half anymore. I see him, there is a tear in his left eye, he is crying too.

We hug each other for a long time, my heart is now belong to him. I know it.

After a while, he release the hug, wiping my tears with his hands, "Don't ever cry again, sweetheart".

The pet name make my heart jumping in happiness, "I hope so," smilling in my tears.

He asks me to sit, taking a pack of tissue, then call his maid to bring me water.

"Cath," he calls me. "I am happy also, I am happy when I am arround you, I am happy to be with you," he still have his tears in his eyes but he is smilling. A sincere smile that have been gone, now it is coming back to his lovely face.

I rub his face, "You are not sad anymore".

"Never if you are arround or when I feel like I own you," a flash smile growing in his face.

"You own me, Kento," I grab his hand, placing it in my chest.

"You too, Catherine," he smiles, a happy smile. "You own me".
