Astrid

After I met up with the twins I made my way down to the edge of the beach and stood on the water's edge, gazing, mesmerized by the winds whispers and the waters cry. I could feel my sorrow seep its way into the oceans calm. The waves would crash harder with the more sorrow making its way deeper into its waters. I sighed heavily and closed my eyes feeling lost in the moment.

"Figure I'd find you down here," a voice so familiar to me spoke beside me. "Seems to be my reflecting of emotions hideaway, what made you think I'd be here since you've been away for months on end possibly the year can't quite remember now?" I mocked. "Come on Astrid your still mad about that?" I scoffed "Why can I not be?" I looked down and gazed deep into the green of emerald.

"I didn't say that, don't twist my words," he commented quickly back. His eyes seeping deeply down into mine as if he owned them or something. I couldn't pull back I was too latched onto them trying hard to resist. I swiftly moved my eyes away from his and stared back out to the ocean with the waves calming as my heart started to slow its rush from earlier.

"Astrid I can sense that something else it bothering you," I didn't look back this time and just replied "What makes you think that something else is bothering me?" I'm not sure but I think my remark come out a bit abrupt, so I turned my head to see him raising an eyebrow at me and looking a bit awkward and confused. I sighed and said "Sorry it didn't mean to come out like that, I just hate it when people ask me that question," I quickly made up.

"Well if there is, then you can just talk to me okay," I nodded "Sure okay I will, I'll take the offer thanks Hiccup," I faintly smiled at him while he did a normal one back. I spotted a glance from across the rocks, a flash of red and frizz. Obviously Merida. "Hey um Hiccup I have to go how bout I see you around, yeah okay, bye!"

And quickly I ran away from him and got pulled back by Merida and shoved her off me "Got a problem red head," I glared at her, she sarcastically smiled at me back "Where did you hide my bow and arrows, I know you did something with them," she accused. I laughed "I didn't touch your bow and arrow set, do I look like the type of person who likes to use that as a weapon, um no I don't think so, I'm sticking to my axe, which I will slice you in half with if you accuse me of taking your belongings, especially...your dear old bow and arrow set."

I walked away smirking in confidence and called back ending my sentence "Maybe you just have bad eye sight and it' still where you left it." I heard her growl and I laughed making my way back up to the village. I found the twins wandering round the village and ran to them saying "You put it back in the right place right," they both smirked evilly and nodded. "Good." Suddenly all three of us heard this ghastly laugh come from the bottom of the hill and make its appearance once it reached the top. Of course it was the red head who else could it have been. She was clinging on tightly to Hiccup's arm and you could tell her laugh was fake because Hiccup wasn't evening laughing.

Although he did seem to be smirking as if a joke was just left off, but still the laugh was completely fake. I couldn't watch them; it made me feel physically sick to look at so I walked away as if I never saw a thing. I headed back home and went to bed. I jumped onto it and looked up at the ceiling. I started to remember all the times that we had together and how great and amazing they were.

They made my eyes feel all woozy and sleepy. They started to flicker and sooner or later everything went dark and I was enveloped in a world of my own dreams.

"ARGHHHHHHH!!!!" I bolted up from my sleep and heard the most dreadful scream I could have ever imagined. I rushed out the bed, grabbed my small coat Jack made me and immediately made my appearance outside. It seemed to show that Merida was tearing her hair out of the fact she couldn't release the bow from her hand. I couldn't help but laugh and so did Snotlout and the others.

"What's wrong Merida? I think your having a little trouble with your hands there, maybe you should ask Hiccup to take it off but then again your both be a bit stuck," Snotlout cried. He was finding this more amusing than me and the twins were. "Wait till you see what happens when she pushes that design on the bow," as soon as Tuff whispered that her bow emitted into a million flames and she started running and screaming around the village.

At this point everyone in the village couldn't help but burst out into laughter. Hiccup sooner than later came over and helped her and the bow was soon released from her grasp, but looking almost like a pile of ash. Whoops. Hiccup made sure she was back inside away from the laughter and embarrassment and soon came over to me and the others with such a huge glare over his face. Something we haven't seen in a while.

"What do you think you are playing at?! She could have gotten seriously hurt!!" He screamed at me "What makes you think that it was me?!" I screamed back. "Oh come on Astrid who else could it have been?"

"Oh so just because I have the most hatred towards her you automatically believe that it's me who would try and hurt her, oh thanks a lot Hiccup that means so much to me!"

"Oh come on Astrid."

"Do I even look capable of doing something like that, no I don't so don't you dare go accusing me of doing such a thing, weren't you the one who always wanted the proof before you accused someone, whatever happened to that guy?!" he stumbled back at my remark and I crossed my arms. He growled and walked back to the house Merida was in. I smirked as he walked away and said "What's next guys?"
