RWBY: Omega

Chapter 14: Part 3

"This is an attack on Vale and it's Whether by the White Fang or not, people are in danger. And those people have trusted us with their lives and their future."

I addressed everyone with us, "We are the Huntsmen and Huntresses, tonight and we will do whatever we must to defend the people."

Everyone in our small group understood very clearly the message I was trying to get across.

Several screeches emanated from outside the colosseum walls.

"Griffons." Ren said.

The winged Grimm watched us from their perch on the colosseum walls.

"Sun, I need your scroll." Ruby said to Sun, who passed his scroll to Ruby.

Ruby called her RPL to the colosseum and it arrived moments later, landing near the center of the arena, opening up to reveal Crescent Rose within.

Ruby ran over to collect her weapon from the locker, but a Griffon dove down and intercepted her.

The Griffon received a bullet coming from within the group,

"Students..."

The voice of prof. Port  "...I think it would be best for you to leave."

Prof. Port and Dr. Oobleck both had their weapons ready.

"But we can he-" Ruby to tried to argue but Oobleck was not going to endanger his pupils.

"Miss Rose. This day will surely go down in Remnants' history. I'd prefer it if my students could live to tell about it."

Ruby took a moment to consider the doctors' words and nodded in agreement.

Ruby nodded and retrieved her scythe.

"Let's go." Ruby commanded, planting her scythe into the ground.

Our band of huntsmen and huntresses-in-training took haste in getting out of the arena to the outer docks of Amity colosseum.

There were still a large portion of the audience waiting to board the overflowing hospital ships and other passenger vessels that were rushing in and out of the docks trying to save as many civilians as possible.

Decided to just leave this chapter up until I decide to do something with it.

For the fans of this fanfiction and of Omega (not me, in the story), I am not abandoning this idea.

I have plans for Omega (and the rest of team OMCT) and all that but have yet to get to it.

Man, I would love to complete this one day, I had a sequel idea titled RWBY: The End (in allusion to 'Omega' meaning, 'the end')

So yeah, I'll leave it here for now.

Thank you all for your support throughout this story, I will say, this would have followed the RWBY storyline until the fall of Beacon. The sequel is where it divulges into its own storyline.
