Thalia's P.O.V.

I looked at Jasper as he kept on scrolling through his phone, looking for facts about babies, his eyebrows furrowed and looked at me in confusion. I smiled at him in which he groaned and looked back at his phone, I kept on writing the things I know about babies on the paper infront of me and then stare at Jasper if I'm already bored. He seemed to take more time reviewing, refreshing and inserting topics about babies in his mind his mind than I thought. I couldn't just write everything I know, I need to have his ideas and opinions as well.

"Babies are usually emotional so we need to take care of them carefully" I said finally giving up from the silence surrounding the living room, it was comfortable but very weird at hthe same time. We were the only ones inside this house so it was utterly awkward and yet relaxing. I don't think his parents would like me if they meet me.

"So their parents needs to be very caring and considerate when they're throwing tantrums" Jasper finally said after 1 and a half hour of reading baby facts, atleast he managed to insert one topic in his mind. I nod my head and immediately wrote the words he said earlier.

"Now what do I have here?" The out of the blue, a very calm and light voice resurfaced around the living room. Jasper and I's head hastily snapped at the front door and saw a middle aged couple standing on they doorway. They both have this confused expression on their faces as the lady crossed her arms on her chest and nudged the guy she was with.

"Mom! Dad" A smile appeared on Jasper's face as he immediately dropped his phone on the couch and gave his parents a hug. They seemed to have analize what was happening and returned Jasper's hug but their eyes are still fixed on mine, I suddenly felt concious about myself again.

"Good afternoon Mr and Mrs. Lee" I greeted them as Jasper took their bags from them and placed them on the couch, I stood up from the ground and bowed my head in respect to them. I don't want to be rude or act tired when I meet them, they doesn't seemed to be the people who immediately judges people without knowing them that much.

"Good afternoon to you too dear, what is a goddess doing in my house Jasper?" I blushed a bit when she addressed me with that, I was not used in hearing compliments but I just thank them for doing so.

"She decided to live with me" Jasper proudly said as I tried to laugh at how he thinks the his parents would believe him.

"What an arrogant yet a bashful lie, a goddess wouldn't even chose someone like you" Mr. Lee remarked as he hugged Mrs. Lee's waist and pulled her closer to him.

"Dad" Jasper uttered, possibly annoyed at how his dad told him that he wouldn't have a beautiful bride in the future.

"You're beautiful, come here, let's talk" Mr. Lee said as she held my hand and pulled me gently to the kitchen, just a few meters away from the living room.

"But mom, we're having a project about babies" His mom stopped dead on her tracks as she slowly turned around and gave her son a glare, then it started dawning on me. It sounded so so so wrong.

"I didn't mean that" Jasper raised his hands in protest and denied the accusation of his parents who are probably thinking about the same thing since this words are really really wrong.

"That sounded wrong Jasper" His dad uttered as he pushed his head backwards, Jasper groaned but he didn't stand against his father. They looked like brother's who are having a competition about their mom's favorite one.

"It really does" I laughed silently as his mom uttered those words. Why didn't he use a great way to explain that we are making a project plan from school to make some research about babies, not we're going to have a project about babies.
