Thalia's P.O.V.

I stood in front of the mirror as I looked at the simple but elegeant dress my mother gave me to wear for attending a special ball for tonigh, our principals, Mr and Mrs. Choi is celebrating their anniversay tonight and everyone is not just only onvited but they are all expected to come.

"Thalia" A warm yet locely voice called me from behind so I turned around and saw my escourt looking so dashingly handsome as ever, his long bangs were brushed up as he wore he black suit perfectly.

"You're so beautiful" Uttered my prince, I was admiring him too much to realize that he was also admiring me back, my confudence suddenly shrinked and made myself timid with his compliment. Shyness surfaced on my face.

"Thank you, but don't you think this is a bit too much?"

I twirled around letting him see the almost backless strap which made me a bit uncomfortable, I don't like showing some skin but since this dress was given to me by mom I insisted on wearing it.

"What do you mean too much? You're so beautiful and I'm sure Mrs. Choi would really be happy to see you there" I hope so... I wanted to be happy and to get away from the worriedness I could feel regarding Jasper's Uncle who's still roaming freely here near us. I know I should tell Jasper something but I'm afraid that he might get crazy and will do everything just to get his uncle imprisoned.

"I'm just worried" I might already be paranoid but if you're in my shoes then you'll understand why I'm acting like this, I coouldn't really sleep that fast because I'm worried and scared that Adam might appear out of the blue and might harm one of us here.

"Worried for what? Is there something you're not telling me?" Jasper slowly took a step closer to me as he held both of my arms and rubbed soothing small circles to ease my muscle as my eyes only focused on his... shall I tell him?...

"I'm just a bit worried because I may not be able to please everyone when I'm with you" Or not...

"Don't over think, Jasper is right. You're so beautiful Thalia" I almost really jumped in shock when I heard my brother's voice, he was also standing beside the door frame while leaning on the wall... next ime I'll really lock my door so no jumpscares would happen...

"Thank you Flint oppa" Though I really love the compliment they're both giving me

"Let's go?" Asked my brother, we both headed downstairs and entered our car, we used Jasper's car as Flint oppa insisted on driving for us. Just after a few seconds, we finally reached their house.

"Just act normal, Mrs. Choi and Sienna will love to see you there" Jasper keeps whispering to me whenever we greeted all our classmates and even teachers, Jasper and I walked a bit more further before we finally saw Mrs. Choi being surrounded by many people. She went near us when she saw us.

"Happy birthday Mrs. Choi"

"Well isn't this the new princess I have in school? I'm so glad to see you here Thalia" I was surprised when she pulled me in for a hug, I tried to remain calm and smiled but I was really nervous to do anything at all.

"Thank you for inviting me Mrs. Choi to this wonderful party of yours" Good thing I haven't lose my speaking ability...

"And I see that your boyfriend is always staying right beside you, I compliment you Jasper for being a very dependable boyfriend" My boyfriend smiled proudly while thanking her.

"Thank you Mrs. Choi"

"Well then, the night is young so enjoy yourselves" Jasper and I kept on walking around the whole ballroom but when a music was played, all of us stood in the center and danced the night out. Everyone was happy but I never thought that it would just last for a second...

"Jasper, let's go home"

I stood there still and speechless as I saw someone I'm currently not expecting now, he was just standing there, wearing a tux and also a wig which perfectly hides his true identity... his evilness...

"Why? Are you okay? You look a bit pale" Asked Jasper so when I was about to point at Adam, he suddenly disappeared before me in the middle of the crowd... he might do something here if we'll remain here, I can't let all of my classmates and the people here be placed in danger....

"Let's just go please, I'm not feeling well" I held his hand and kept on pulling him to get away from here! We need to go!!

"Thalia-"

"Jasper please! I want to go home"
