30//Wost Nightmare

I gasped with excitement when I heard the girl say the boys name.

I've finally found him.

"What is it?" Simon asked

"Shhh" I whispered to him

"Yes Arizona?" Carl Replied

I saw him walk to the other side of the fire and I could now see those beautiful blue eyes that I've missed so much.

"Why are we burning these?" The girl called Arizona asked

He sighed.

"They were my girlfriend Enid's."

She gave him a sympathetic look and hugged him.

I couldn't help but feel slightly jealous.

"What happened to her?"

"I don't know. We got separated about two weeks ago, and now I have no idea where she is or even if she's alive. I don't want anything that reminds me of her."

"I'm kind of glad too, she made me a weak person. I don't ever want to see her again."

Those words hit me like one of Negans big trucks, a truck full of hundreds of bricks.

My eyes started to sting and I couldn't help but let tears slip out and run down my cheek.

My breathing became rapid, to think that I've been out there looking for him all this time and he's already moved on and never wants to see me again!

Hell no!

I sat there, now crying my heart out.

Simon heard every word Carl said and I could see the anger rising in his face.

What he said made me feel sick to my stomach, and it didn't help that I had morning sickness.

I quickly held up my hand up at Simon signalling him to wait a second, whilst covering my mouth with my other hand.

The sick was rising up my throat, I threw up over the side of the branch.

Simon sat there rubbing my back.

"Enid, what are you doing up there?" I heard somebody shout.

I look down and see Dwight walking towards the tree me and Simon were sitting in.

I quickly jump down off the tree and start walking in the direction back to the Hilltop

I was furious.

"Enid?" I hear Dwight say behind me.

I can hear Simon explain to Dwight what happened.
"We'll catch up with you in a minute kiddo" Simon shouted.

As I get closer away from them I pull out my gun from my back pocket and fire a shot into the air, startling Carl and making him looking around.
I continue walking whilst still crying.

I quickly walk up to him and swing my arm back as far as I can and connect it with his jaw.

"You little son of a bitch" I shout at him.

He just stands there not doing anything.
"Who the fuck are you?" Arizona yells

Dwight throws Carl up against a tree and punches him in the stomach before throwing him on the ground.

"Your worst nightmare" Dwight yelled at them.
Me and Dwight then begin walking back to the camp.

"Your gonna wanna wish you were dead boy" I shout at him.
Carl just stands there looking confused.
