Chapter 26- A Pack Celebration // You Owe Me One! Pt. 1!

Lincoln's p.o. v

I yawned as I woke up, I've been up puking since around 5 in the morning! It's currently 10. I'm very thankful the girls like too sleep a bit late, gives me time to freshen up and not feel so disgusting.

I stood in my shower, washing my hair and my body, taking a few extra minutes to run my hands over my bump. I brushed my teeth while in the shower and I also washed my face. After I got out, I wrapped a towel around my body and my hair. I applied lotion to my body before slipping on my panties and bra, pulling on some sweat pants and a tank top after that. I combed my wet hair and left it as I went to wake the girls.

" Hi my babies," I smiled as I shook them awake, they slept in the same bed last night. They would cry every time I tried to separate them, they've never done that before.
They slowly opened their eyes and smiled at me. I lifted them out of their beds, changed each one by one. I then took them downstairs and fed them. After that, I let them walk away, I was watching of course.

I raised my eye as I heard the doorbell go off. I walked to the door and opened it, seeing Hell.

" We have a party tonight. You as Luna, have too come. " He said as he handed me a piece of paper and then his eyes slowly slid down too my stomach.

" Can I touch? " He asked in aw.

The sparks, I don't want them.

" I don't want to feel those sparks I do when you touch me. " I frowned.

" Okay. " He cleared his throat, obviously upset," I'll.. call when I'm on my way for you. "

With that, He turned around and pulled something out.

A gorgeous black dress.

" I figured I'd get your dress. I'll see you later. " He nodded, a frown showing on his face as he then turned around and left after the dress was in my hands.

As I starred at the dress, I realized how close our fingertips were too touching. Almost close enough for those sparks to light my body on fire. Almost close enough for those sparks too make me fall right back into love, with a man who does not deserve me. He deserves nothing of me. 

I slowly pushed the door shut, looking at the twins, playing with toys on the ground. I then directed my eyes to the invitation and quickly scanned it.

" Dear Alpha and Luna of the Blood Wind Pack, please do attend our party tonight. Tonight, we celebrate our son, Alpha Joe finding his mate we've all been waiting for. We hope to see you there. Stay safe. Sincerely, The Black Moon Pack. " I guess I'm celebrating someone finding their mate, I only hope he treats her right.

I then looked for the time on when I'd have to be there.

5:00 PM.

I hated myself as I pulled out my cellphone, I didn't want to hear his voice again so soon.

" Hello? " He cleared his throat as he answered on the first ring.

" I can't come. " I spoke.

" Why not? It's your duty as Luna. "

" I know what my duty is. It's also my duty too be a mother. I have no babysitter. " I argued.

" Can you find one? I'm sure I can. " He tried.

I can't tell him I'm slowly running out of money and can no longer afford a baby sitter.

" I'll find something, on my own. " I said and hung up as I wanted to pull my hair out.

Having no blasted idea on what I'm going too do!

Kaden!

" Kaden? " I asked as I heard the phone being picked up.

" Yep! " He laughed.

" I need a favor, although you've already done so much for me. " I frowned.

" Anything, my friend. " He said all serious.

" Can you watch my girls? I have to go somewhere. "

" Time? "

" Be here around 4:00? " I asked, hope in my voice.

" Sure. Nash will love it. You owe me. " He laughed.

" I know. Thank you. " I said and we hung up.

" Wanna watch TV in mommy's room? Micky Mouse? " I smiled at them as I picked them up and carried them up, placing them on my bed and turning the TV on.

I spent the next few getting ready. A loose braid laid over my shoulder, my dark eyeshadow and a dark lipstick ( I imagined Kourt K by Kylie Jenner ) and I then heard the doorbell go off, running downstairs, praying the twins stayed still as I also prayed it was only Kaden, and it was.

" Thank you! They're upstairs! Come on in. " I laughed.

" Don't you look gorgeous. " He winked at me.

" Ha, thank you! I wouldn't be looking like this if I didn't have too. " I shrugged as we walked upstairs.

" May I ask why you have too? "

" It's just something I have too do. " I shrugged again.

" Fair enough. " He nodded.

" I have to put this dress on, I'll be right back! " I smiled as I grabbed the dress and walked into the bathroom, slipping it on as I paired it with a pair of nude strappy heels.

" Damn. " Kaden laughed," total change since the last time I saw you. "

" Thank you.. I think. " I rolled my eyes as I slipped a few things into the hidden pocket on my dress.

" My babys father is coming to get me. Can you stay upstairs with the girls until I leave? I don't trust him. " I said as I looked at my toes, the dark purple sparkly with the light.

" Sure. I would like to be filled in on why, but later. He's here. " He said as the doorbell rung. I took a deep breath and walked downstairs.

" You look gorgeous. " Hell said as he took it all in.

" Thank you. Let's go. " I said as I closed the door and walked towards the car, I just want tonight over.

" Did you find someone to watch the girls? " He asked me as he held the car door open.

" I did, yes. " I said.
