Brooke's POV.

I quickly checked over my outfit since Tobi was waiting downstairs for me. My long wavy ombre hair was left out natural and I didn't bother with any makeup which let my light freckles easier show clearer. Tobi says he loves them.

I wore a navy blue sweater with two white stripes on each sleeve, black ripped skinny jeans with navy blue high top converse that Tobi bought me for my birthday.

I straightened up my glasses that went over my grey-blue eyes and I was ready. I grabbed my phone and walked down the stairs to see Tobi waiting on his phone.

He heard my footsteps and looked up taking the attention away from his phone onto me. He smile seemed to shine like a diamond. 

"You ready Brooke?" He asked knowing the answer. I nodded and he opened the door for me and we walked out and got into his car.

It was nearly Christmas time and we both planned to do all of our shopping today. I needed to buy Tobi and Simon something, I had already done my other friends. So it was just them two today. 

It didn't take long for us to get there, park and go inside. The place was packed because of the time of year. Everyone was doing last minute gift shopping and sales were everywhere.

I could smell the fried food in the food court. Parents yelling, kids crying or cheering and money being handed out everywhere. It was only 9am and it was already like this.

I dragged Tobi into the book shop and he asked what I was looking for. I seach the books unil I see what I was looking for. I pulled out the book with the picture of the seven boys in the sidemen.

"The Sidemen book, maybe I should get you this," I laugh making a joke out of it. I opened it up to cute pictures of Tobi as a kid and tease him.

He rolls his eyes playfully and puts the book down and drags me out of the shop trying not the blush from embarrassment. But he did look so cute.

Across from the book store was the Adidas store. We both walked inside there, this would be a good shop to get presents for both Simon and Tobi since they both love Adidas.

Tobi and I split up and I searched for some gifts. I knew there was these shoes that Tobi had wanted but couldn't find so I walked up to the manager and asked if they had any in stock. She said there was one left and it was in the back.

She went out to get it while I searched for something to get Simon. I looked around and saw Tobi talking to someone familiar. I noticed it to be his ex. He was smiling at her as she laughed at something. I couldn't help but feel a rise of jealousy hit me.

My heart ached when they laughed. She saw me and her put her hand on his arm and he didn't even move it. Knowing him he didn't see it as flirting but I know what she was like. She only did it cause she knew I was watching.

I was distracted by the manager coming back out with a box of the shoes and she told me the price and I bought them, glad that that's one person ticked off.

I scowled at his ex as I tried to focus on a present for Simon. Someone called out for her and she turned and said something and left. Tobi looked at me and I quickly looked away.

Why didn't Tobi do anything? I mean I get he's nice to people but seriously? She was unloyal in the relationship so why be nice? I don't get it. 

I found some nice things for Simon which I knew he would love and bought them. I had two bags and I was done. Tobi bought something and we both left. He tried to start up a conversation but I didn't answer. I admit I am jealous but who wouldn't be?

We got in the car and I just stared put of the window and let Tobi figure out what was wrong.  It took him most of the car rise to figure it out but he got there.

"She doesn't mean anything to me Brooke," He starts but I don't want to hear it. I drop my bags when we get inside and turn to face him.

"Then why did you even talk to her?" I said the jealousy floated everywhere. He knew I was jealous. He sighed and put down his own bags.

"She was just being friendly," It frustrated me how he doesn't see her intentions.

"No Tobi, she looked at me and put her arm on you just cause she knew I was watching!" I say making hand gestures. I was about to go on and fuel the argument even more but I felt someone lightly push me onto the wall.

Tobi had me caged in his arms so I couldn't get out. I felt breathless when he was this close to me. I didn't say anything which was what he wanted.

"Brooke, I don't care what she wants, I only want and care about you," He says looking down on me. He leans in and kisses me and my jealousy melts away. I smiled and grinned.

"Maybe I should get jealous more often if this is what happens," I smirk. He chuckled slightly.

"You look pretty cute when your jealousy anyway," he winked and I roll my eyes and he pulls away.
