• 25 jumping jacks
• 30 squats
• 1:00 plank

Friday
20 burpees
• 15 push ups
• 25 lunges (each leg)
• 30 bicycles
• 1:00 plank

Saturday
• 10 lunges (each leg)
• 10 push ups
• 10 burpees
repeat 3x
